This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The room was stylish, spacious, and very quiet. Staff were always smiling and incredibly attentive to detail. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The entire property was spotless and well-maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I booked the day before and was harassed with messages, which I replied to. I told them that their 'portal' link did not work but we would arrive after 7.20pm the next night once our flight lands. Then another message asking me to call them, which I did. The man sounded a bit confused as to why I was calling. Then the next day, whilst eating in the 1st airport a man phoned, asking me similar questions, then blaming booking . com and me for not understanding their policies or something, even though none of this info was listed re: they would send all these messages to me and cancel my booking if I did not respond by a certain time. Luckily I bought an India sim card on this trip so I received all these stupid messages. If I hadn't, I would of arrived with my partner and mother, for 2 rooms that would have been cancelled. Once we arrived, staff were initially miserable even though I was polite. The man who phoned me, I was told, was not there for me to speak to. The rooms looked nice initially but hairs and tiny bit of gum in bed and on pillows. Bit of a nightmare, but it was only for 1 night. Never again!

The (unbearable) noise level on the street side but I could change room so this issue was solved, the clients screeming in the corridors in the middle of the night, the cleanliness could be improved & the internet connection as well. There is a metro station 1 min walk away from the hotel & Greenpark Market (with Opera, Starbucks and other facilities) is 5 min walk away.

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff (specifically Kunal Khatri and the other people at the reception & the security man as well) & I could change room to a much better one.

The property overall was very good. The only thing I would recommend is that the room be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Granted I dont use hotel glassware, the cups were noticeably dirty upon arrival and there were some minor cosmetic items in need of repair, but for $60 USD (aprx 5,500 Rupees) this quaint hotel exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about traveling to India for the first time as a solo traveler,

The property overall was in a great location, very safe, a little less hectic (by Delhi Standards lol). The building was in overall good condition, the fan and air conditioning worked beautifullythe amenities worked well, and the neighboring community of Green Park was very pleasant to walk around solo (granted I am a 1.8 meter tall, 110kg man who can not speak for the experiences of female solo travelers, for that info please do your research! I can say that I did see many solo women walking without problem or being bothered). Overall the staff was kind and helped where they could.

breakfast very basic. no one there to take care of guests. presentation is also very basic.. you have to wait for every thing. staff require training, how to reply yo guest.

Poor level of cleanliness. Hair found throughout the bathroom floor and worse throughout the bed linen, Which made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable.

Nice polite service. Excellent well made coffee at the in-house coffee shop. Nice Wall Paper Design on the feature wall of the room. The room has excellent lighting however no natural light unfortunately.
