Supply of only a half litre water bottle for drinking is ridiculous. Can anybody justify this. Even after demand, water was not provided easily. However, the entry of hotel is highly confusing.

The hotel is new and needs a LOT of work in terms of basic amenities and cleanliness. The bathroom was terrible (see photos). The bedsheets and pillows had visible stains on them and the towels were also not clean.

The location is great. Walking distance from the ISKON temple, juhu beach and other notable places in the area. The room was a good size. The staff was helpful and gave me an extra hour for check out.

The bathroom was dirty; everything from the fixtures to the floor felt grimy. They kept asking for payment at odd times, insisting on a direct transfer prepayment (which I didn’t make because I was on airport wifi), then not asking for anything at check-in, then wanting a payment for the second room service order, but no card machine… just unnecessarily confusing, especially since ultimately I simply paid everything at checkout.

There are lots of restaurants in the area and it’s close to the sea with a nice view. Room service menu was elaborate and delicious.

Almost everything is bad

All photos given in your site is fake. It’s worst property to stay. Rooms, washroom are very dirty. Given used toothbrush and toothpaste in washroom. Washrooms are very very dirty. Dinning area is also not good. Breakfast having only one option. Lift mostly not working. Joothe bartans are keeping in stairs.
