IndiaThe rooms we booked on the website doesnt match with the booking details, though we had options on the booking.com for 3 adult and 2 children stay, their room cannot accommodate that. It was only suited for 2 adult and 1 child. But the owner was able to provide us room in another property that matched the details of the booking interms on number of accupants. He was quick in responding to that. But if that property wasnt free that day then I dont know what would have happened. In tha same property he suggested us to occupy 3 rooms instead of 2 which wasnt possible as we cannot put only children in the 3rd room/parents split themselves wth children. Basically booking mismatch would have created a trouble. The property can be maintained much more clean and tidy- it was avergae on the hygiene. Dont expect park, walking track etc.
Over all it was a positive experience. The satff was quick in reposnind to the needs, they were flexible, courteous and decent with us. The location is very good as it is near the Pagoda view point. The property is also fine, though not very great. They were also not very rigid on check out and check in time, responded to us on the number provided on the website for our queries. The food was very nice, they served it on pre-order basis.

There is no cleanliness, no clean bed sheets, towel, allocated for me room which is not cleaned and its not safe for kids to stay as insects & earth worms are spread in the bed and in the wall. They don't have blankets & bath towel every time we have to call them and insist to bring even at 11pm during the stay. No proper response for the insects came in the bed. It seems they have provided us room which is not regularly used by the guests. Horrible room service and just they took us 17500 for 2 rooms for 2 nights which is not worth spending.

The location of the place is awesome. Right next to Pagoda point. The point offers a great view at any time of the day. The property was decent.

IndiaWe have booked 4 deluxed room Staff : Able to reach quickly and get responses quickly but not delivering what we requesting such food on time,tv not working,Internet not working Room: neat and clean TV: Not at all working and two rooms it doesn't have power connectivity. When we asked simply telling its due to bad weather.but its not recharged at all Internet: Always not working its simply for name sake they mentioned free WiFi Food: First of all they don't have enough facilities to provide food, all sidedishes or gravies will be ordered separately from other restaurants only. As we have complimentary breakfast. They know when we do checkin itself but when we go and asked about food they asked do you pay for the food then I mentioned again its complimentary. Then they prepared around 8.30 am only and got food after 1 hour (we had 6kids and an infant). They just provided idly and dosa with one chutney,sambar not even provided water and no tea/coffee too. Environment: Outside of resort places play area is not maintained all rusted and dirty Overall its waste resort giving false promises and fake reviews. Attaching photos for proof

IndiaLocated in Pagoda Area. This area is very congested. Full of people, cars, bikes, filth and ongoing construction. Narrow roads and taffic jam always. The so called resort (this is not a resort in first place) is working with only 2 or 3 staff. Ordered tea in the morning. That never arrived. There was not hot water at the room. Requested a bucket of hot water. That we didn't get. The Manager/owner asked me to cancel on booking.com after knowing my displeasure. The breakfast was not good enough in terms of quality.
