There was no housekeeping work done in the 2 days I was there, may be becoz there were no customers and the hotel was probably saving on costs.

The room was neat and clean, the bed was soft n the duvet was good for the cold climes. Since there were very few guests(actually a couple of them only) the food was made to order. It was okay. There was hot running water n the bathroom affects were enough. There was a kettle with enough tea, coffee n creme sachets. The staff were friendly and ready to help.

Clean room and nice view of snowy mountain. The front desk staff was cordial and helpful. The property has a positive vibe with nice fragrance all around and especially in the reception hall which is well decorated. I loved my short stay and would definitely visit again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large, as we were 3 people. Spacious bathroom and large balcony with a view. Location was close to town centre. Great breakfast.

Food options. I believe outsiders would want to taste local cuisines more. We missed having local cuisines. But having said that I wanna say that the quality of food presented by them was amazing.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel, all this wouldn't be possible without the amazing staff, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was so convenient as well. The manager Mr Ashish was kind and genuine and had us feel like home with constantly checking if we needed help with anything, the food service by Mr Sidhu was commendable as well, he offered us so many options for yummy food prepared by the Maharaj Mr Ashok. Yashpal had a smile on his face despite us sometimes calling him so many times for just water, he had the same smile everytime he came by. The rooms are spacious and I feel luxurious with 24 hrs hot water and serene views even while you're taking a shower. We had the opportunity to meet the owner as well and he is such a kind man, says a lot of how happy the staff are. We wish to come back soon. Great job guys!!!

My stay at the Pangong Hotel was quite good. The staff were always very attentive and the quaint boutique hotel feel made my vacation that much more memorable. Location was good and full points for cleanliness.

I didn’t like anything. There was constriction work going on and carpenters were working during the night. The men were very creepy and unsafe looking. Why was the hotel allowing workers to work beyond their hours? Also inconveniencing guests and solo women travellers. There was no electricity in the hotel despite generator back up (it was never turned on on time). There was no way to reach the hotel staff during electricity down time. I had a scary experience. Please don’t stay here.
