There are 3 nightclubs on the property, so it can be loud in the evening. Our room was overlooking an outdoor patio attached to the restaurant that was playing music until 3am which we could hear from our room on the 3rd floor. Also, the restaurant and bar is really expensive compared to the average prices from other restaurants/bars in the area. We travelled around Kolkata and found this hotel was the most expensive for food and drinks.

The front desk is just trying to be functional. They offer no interaction and introduction to the property. We had to figure out everything ourselves around the property. For a 5 star property I expected more interaction and hospitality from the hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is at a walking distance from all the happening places and few of the historical sites as well. Far from the airport but well connected by main roads. Great views from the rooms around the park Street and well maintained property.

The washroom had a leakage and it was stinking of sewage , we complained a few times & it was attended, however the only solution provided was actually of an air freshener and thus the issue persisted. We requested for a late checkout by 2 hours, and while we understood that it’s not an entitlement. The staff replied that they were fully booked , although there was availability of each type of room in online portals for same date:). Maybe an honest refusal would have been a more transparent way of communication, and it would have been perfectly acceptable.

Great location, comfortable quiet rooms, quick check in and we were offered an upgrade as well! This is the best location you can find in heart of the city, the hotel also houses few great restaurants, an amazing pub and nightclubs as well.

I had a truly wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. There was always a warm smile on their faces, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and pleasant. I genuinely enjoyed my time here – the pool and gym were great and made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout goes to Ranjini from Housekeeping Service. She did an outstanding job and stood out with her friendliness and personal commitment. She handled everything with great care and attention, which really made a difference. I’m truly grateful for her wonderful service – thank you, Ranjini!

Orientation of beds in the room is not right. It faces the main door. Anyone at the door can see people on the bed. You must fix this issue. The only hotel anywhere in the world we have seen with such positioning of the bed.

1. Wash room had a blockage which I came to know when I started taking bath. I couldn't do anything as I had already started taking bath. It was very inconvenient to take bath with my feet under dirty water due to blockage. I have the feedback and later they fixed it up 2. Wi Fi wasn't working with usual login of user id: room number & password: my surname. On calling IT guy, he used to arrange for login through some other user id. It used to work for some time and then disconnect on it's own. Had to tell at reception and they had to send IT guy multiple times to fix it up. This was a waste of time for me.

Location is convenient for me as it's just opposite my work place. I come and stay at Park every month. Even right now I am staying at Park from 11th April to 14th April. Rooms are good but every time I come I am put up in a room the ambience of which I don't like. I have to request to shift me to a better room. It happened this time also. On 11th I had to continue in the allotted room which I didn't like and on next day they shifted me to the room of my liking. Since my preference is known, I will be happy if I can be allotted the room of my liking on first day itself rather than me requesting for it and then hotel doing the same. Here, I would like to make a mention of Ranjini, the Floor Housekeeper at your hotel. She was very helpful to get the issues resolved and was pro active to do so. On reaching back Mumbai, I needed her help as I was not able to trace the hotel bill which I needed to claim reimbursement from my company. I called her and she arranged for the same talking to respective department at the hotel. Her approach and attitude is very positive. I would say she is an asset to your hotel.

I loved the room but a couple of things could be better. The carpet was not clean. My white socks turned dirty dark brown. Hahaha. The cigarette smell was so strong we had to move to another room

Room size was small, furnitures and bathroom needs upgrade and fresh look needed. Specially the washroom needs immediate renovation.

The location as known earlier, was very good and my very purpose of staying at this property was its location. Cleaniliness of the hotel and staff behaviour was very good.

The noise in the room from the clubs downstairs. It wasn't very clean either - at least not for a hotel in this price category in India. Plus the interior was very dated.

The pool and spa area as well as the beer garden were nice. The massage was wonderful. Plus the club in the evenings when you actually went to the club.
