There was a smoky smell from the afternoon coming from somewhere. Throughout the whole hotel. The smoke went to our bedroom and wasn't great to sleep there. Cleanliness fair. Staff very helpful.

For early check in they charge a fix price of 800 but they didn't give you breakfast. And for booking any scooty or trip they overprice from the market So better ask from another vendor for the trip.

Washrooms could've been cleaner. I found the bathroom to a bit moldy on the side walls, and felt that the drains may not have been cleaned for a few days now. Nothing too dirty but could be improved.

Location was easy to access, and the room was decent for the price range. Location was close to the Dehradun Clock tower making commuting easy, and cabs and autos were easily available at most hours.

The price as per day stay and size of the room is not worth it specially for the ones who are booking only for day stays.

Not much to dislike at this price point. Restaurant was not open during my stay but you could order from them. Location is ok.

Staff were courteous. Beds were good. Hot water 24 hours. Breakfast was good.

Everxthing is worn down compared to the pictures.Genertally not very comfortable. bed lining was not washed well. No options for breakfast (only bread omlett)

The surroundings were very noisy, lots of street dogs howling throughout the day and the people drive very rashly near the gate of the stay.

The property was in a very good location, 5-10 minutes away from the main market ( Paltan Bazaar ). The staff were very hospitable. You may also rent two wheelers through them and explore the city as per your convenience.

doormat was not given, room size can be bit larger in size with much more wide windows.

staff were so cordial and helpful , location is ideal for sight seeing around dehradoon,they provide all basic amenities, must try food, serves u yummy breakfast that can full ur tummy.

I was on my business trip and the property is located closer to my work place that's why I booked it and it turned out to be really comfortable and clean. Also, the food is amazing.

the owner was very helpful, humble and engaged cabs and bikes were available at property or provided by owner very near to railway stations neat and clean room can recommend to anyone blindly but there was no view but that was not a problem

Some of staff who came for luggage pick up was reluctant to pick because there were many luggage more than their expectations.its not actually acceptable behaviour from a hotel staff..and the manager need to be little polite towards visitors.

Room was neat and clean Buffet breakfast was good.

Better then average in all aspects except one thing.. When I did booking through booking .com , the tax was not included in the price. Normally the tax is included in online booking before completing it. Because of which I found property was overpriced
