The hotel is overpriced for what it is, you can find similar hotels in India for half the budget. They charge 600 rupees for a 5 minute taxi drive to the airport. The swimming pool looks nice on the photos, but it is located close to a busy highway so you are swimming in the sounds of cars driving and honking.

Beautiful hotel from the inside with comfortable beds. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Upon arrival, we got a free room upgrade, which was nice. The food from the restaurant was very tasty.

The restaurant management isn't up to mark..they need to manage it well. 1. Water bottle and basic cutlery like fork were missing 2. Someone else placed an order and the staff was giving it to us 3. We ordered for Dosa and got it after asking thrice and after half an hour. They said the pan wasn't hot and Dosa couldn't be made. Finally when the Dosa came it didn't have salt. 4. Very very poor management of the restaurant. Something that they need to make note of. We were 3 members and paid almost 2100 rs. Trust me I felt we ate food only worth 300 rs at max. Rest all was waste of money...would have enjoyed my breakfast elsewhere

We were given a smokers room and the stench of cigarettes was extremely over powering. House keeping sprayed the room and then it was alright. They could have done it before they let out the room too! At best a three star rating. The front desk guy was multi tasking and there was unnecessary waiting. There were four people behind the counter and we were the only business there

1. In one room, bathroom tub was provided without any handrail or bath tub mat. When asked from housekeeping, they didn’t had any solution. Finally, my father a senior citizen has to use my room bathroom. I mean Pride a group of hotels, didn’t have basic safety check!!! 2. Post check in reception staff was unaware that our booking included breakfast. I had to read out from my booking details about inclusion. Only then they agreed. Again Pride not so, Pride!! 3.Next day post check out we got a call from Restraunt claiming that we haven’t paid for a bottle of water! This was just preposterous!! I asserted that it has been done and told him to check! Then half an hour later I called and the staff confirmed yes it has been paid. Such is the courtesy that staff even didn’t bother to call back and apologize for their mistake!!! All in all not a good experience☹️👎

The AC in one of the rooms was not working. We immediately lodged a complaint with the hotel, and the staff member came in at 11:30 pm to rectify it. However, he couldn't do anything, and we had to sleep with the fan on. This is one of the very few hotels where there was a fan inside the room. But considering that the temperatures were in the high 30s, it was quite uncomfortable to sleep without the AC. The next day when we registered a complaint, the staff was simply apologetic but not ready to do anything about the matter.

The breakfast spread was pretty good. The view from the rooms was interesting and enjoyable. The beds were quite comfortable, but the fixtures were quite old, and the age was clearly visible. The hotel needs a mini-renovation to bring it up to speed with the other hotels in its vicinity. The location is excellent, near the expressway and the airport.

The management of the welcome desk. One hour prior to check-in, there was just 1 person at the front desk; afterwards, when the number of guests increased, a second person joined. But they had a very hesitant attitude toward the visitor. The way they requested you to wait in the lobby suggests they won't assist you if you arrive a hour early.
