1.No one was around to pic up lagage when it was heavy and I was alone 2.completly pathetic service at restaurant for breakfast not even coming to table clearing plates and it was like dump and felt we are sitting in some road side bus stop 3 . security's not bother while carrying heavy lagage and passing comments to a lady which felt not safe

while booking it was mentioned that breakfast is complimentary. But this was not allowed by the hotel which resulted in an argument. But we had to agree to avoid un pleasant situation at the very beginning. Please look into this as I had similar experience earlier also.

I didn't like the options having in the breakfast menu. Only few food items included in the breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner menu. I didn't like the condition of the room as the AC wasn't working properly.

I liked the price which is worth and location is convenient.

The rooms are dingy, no space, shower does not have a telephonic shower only single shower above, the whole bath and dressing facility not good, no proper wardrobe. Non working fridge, no snacks or softdrinks in room.

* The room service bar and food available until 11 pm was too short. *lan line was not connecting after 11 pm. * keeping only 1 liter of water inside the room. *gym and pool was not there.it was not updated in the booking site and hotel sign boards.

The parking spaces were very constricted and difficult to navigate. The staff were always there to help, but it would have been nice if there were better parking options

I liked the hotel and they gave us a free upgrade to a suite for one room, which we really appreciated.Rooms are clean and staff were really helpful.

The bedsheets were dirty, pillows were smelly and very uncomfortable. Bathroom had drain smell. They given only 1ltr water and any exact of bisleri is chargeable. The doors not easily openable, faced issued every time i stepped out.

The hotel looks good from outside. Also had parking facility. Staff were friendly and good food 👌🏻.

We paid for a luxury king room, but it was obvious (from seeing other previously vacated rooms with doors left ajar) that our room was not anywhere near that standard. The room had peeling wallpaper, the painted walls were dirty, the floor-covering was worn, the electrical sockets were partially detached, the plumbing fittings were loose, the view through the dirty window was onto wasteland, etc. In other words, we paid extra money for a dirty, potentially dangerous and shabby room: we were ripped off.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was good. The location was perfect for us.

Very dirty wall and floor.This was terrible experience I ever had with a hotel. I called and wait more than a hour for drinking water, they didn’t delivered. After I went to get myself and I couldn’t enter the room again because of door lock malfunction. This property required a serious Maintenance. Ceiling was looking like almost to fall down. Toilet is super messy. Nothing impressive than paying to be in hell.
