You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

One of the best budget stays I've ever had. The host Mr. Jasvir and his staff are such courteous and courteous people. They serve you with a smile and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The room was extremely clean and the most important location that matters when I book a room ie. The toilet was spotless. I really enjoyed my 2 nights here and let's not forget that the home cooked like home food at Rathor Heritage was delicious and fresh.

Very supportive and we'll mannerad The stay was comfortable, the rooms were clean. We booked for one night for rathore heritage, we had a great stay there. The food prepared is fresh and delicious, enjoyed the food, Mr. Jasvir Rathore was helpful in looking after all our requirements, informed about the places to visit in Jaisalmer, our stay was pleasant. We were 6 people and all enjoyed our stay at The Rathore Heritage. I would definitely recommend tourists to this place, a convenient stay.
