    Room is amazing and comfortable. Overall experience is great.

    I paid extra amount in the hotel to upgrade my room category from "Classic" to "new/renovated room"

    Location is good.

    It wasn’t clean. There was termite in the closet. It needs renovation ASAP.

    Room was smelling and too humid Bed sheet and pillow cover were dirty and not clean Room was in pathetic condition

    Quite good overall

    The coffee mugs have stain inside not clean properly.. Need to add handwash in bathroom of possible

    Cleanliness & Location

    You have to pass through lots of heavy duty trucks before you reach the main entrance.

    Ambience was good with courteous behavior from all the staff members.

    Breakfast if added as additional looked like being expensive. Bathroom fittings maintenance was not upto the mark.
