Had an amazing time at this guest house. All is beyond expectations (to the point that I extended my stay) - the personnel is super helpful, the room was really cleaned (and the plus = shower with hot water), the wifi is working fine, the rooftop with a view on the lake and the majestic city hall is amazing. Loved to have my dinner at the roof top, the food was yummy. The sunset is also a good from the roof top. All sites of interests including the heritage walk can be done walking from this guest house. Tuktuk to go to the bus station = 200 inr (and tuktuks are waiting just in front of the hotel) Tuktuk to go to the airport =600 inr This place was one of the best I experienced in Rajasthan! Really good value for a perfect location and perfect time in Udaipur

When we arrived the bedshits were dirty, but I asked and they change it right away. A little more clean will be nicer.

Quiet place in a center area. The room was small but enough for what you need on a backpacking trip. Hot water and toilette paper. The staff is very nice and helpfully. The breakfast and the rooftop are very nice. They offer us a chai when we’ve arrived. You can walk everywhere from there.

Very well located, you can walk everywhere and breakfast was good. First room had issues but they moved us within an hr or so. Food on the rooftop was good with a great view.

The location is very near to most of the tourist attractions, its at a walkable distance from most of the spots. The service, staff and food was amazing. A very humble, friendly and caring staff who will make you feel at home as much as possible. The rooms very spacious and clean.

Location of the property is an advantage. Situated in old city, all the ghats of Lake Pichaula are within walking distance. Its mixed kind of neighbourhood; local residents stays around so gives some glimpes of their lifestyle and culture. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The owner Mr. Deora is genuinly frielndly and caring person so as the staff.

Parking space is a problem, situated in a congested area, but not an issue, all nearby hotels guest mutually adjust it.

Excellent hotel 🏨 but it has nothing to do with Lake view, But it was very neat and clean, with historical painting 🖌️.

If you want to travel in India never meeting real Indian people don't come here. The hotel is the genuine article. Incredible staff, beautiful room, really warm and hospitable place. I was invited to join the chef and his friends on the roof to celebrate a bachelors party. All of the food home cooked, the manager and owner turned up. Only stay here if you want to me authentic people on your trip to India otherwise stay in a 'palace' somewhere else. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Bad smell coming from bathroom every day for a few hours. Food expensive on restaurant menu.

Great location. Could enjoy the little rooftop. Very nice staff. The owner kindly upgraded our room without us even requesting.
