IndiaI stayed at the hotel with a booking for three guests. While I noticed a 50% increase in the price for the third guest, the bedding provided for this guest did not meet the expected standard. I recommend to ensure that the quality of the accommodations aligns with the additional charges.
Overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel is comfortable, and the staff were cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient and safe, making it an excellent choice for families.

Only I disappointed that they refused late check-out whichIrequested for 1 or 2 hours, but they allowed me to wait in the restaurant room for two hours. IndiaI am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the stay fell far below expectations due to maintenance and hygiene concerns, as well as poor service, making it difficult to consider it value for money. 1. Check-in Experience: Despite being the only guest at the front desk for check in, the staff seemed preoccupied and ignored me until I reminded them twice to complete the check-in formalities. There was no offer of luggage assistance or directions to the elevator—I had to ask after searching on my own. 2. Room Condition & Hygiene Issues: - The AC remote was missing, and the bedsheet was torn with visible stains, raising serious hygiene concerns. - The bathroom was unacceptable: the WC had cracks and stains, and the shower area walls, as well as the bottoms of shampoo/hand wash bottles, were covered in dirt and grime. - Only one bath towel was provided, despite booking for a family of three (2 adults + 1 child). 3. Positive Note: The breakfast selection (though limited to 3-4 items) was satisfactory, but this could not compensate for the overall shortcomings. Given the unhygienic conditions and lack of basic amenities, I felt your property compromised on guest comfort and hygiene standards. I hope you will address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from facing similar disappointments. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter.

IndiaBreakfast was average. Location is fine. Room amenities like Television which is of a desktop size in a suite room with no available channels to watch.no music channels and movie channels. They have kept some free channels that's all.for cleanliness I would rate 3/10.lots of cockroaches in the room. Few lights were not working.
