We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SwitzerlandI first had troubles finding the hotel, yet, the people of the neighbourhood knew the hotel and could me guide to it.
The hotel staff was really kind and helped me to find an ATM and with other things. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food and one of the waiters told me a lot about Tamil culture and life in his village. My room and the hotel are very clean and possess a separate shower.

Room is clean. Staff are very friendly especially the restaurant staff and the reception desk staff. Breakfast is delicious and the food options are satisfactory. Location is convenient to reach the shopping areas. Wifi user ID and password are unique and the security breach is not possible to the best of my knowledge.

The staff were very good. When we arrived we explained that we wanted to have a car the next day to take us around the sights of Chennai and then take us to the airport in the afternoon. They suggested an itinerary for us and organised the car all with the minimum of fuss. We also liked the rooftop bar and restaurant and the excellent British Empire beer on offer.

United KingdomI think their restaurant is letting them down. Top floor, outside area not very clean, dirty tables. They just need a good scrub. Restaurant was not very clean tables. Staff did not speak English. We were not brave enough to eat dinner. We eat outside.
Nice hotel, really welcoming, rooms big and spacious. Good location. All staff at reception were good, Sam was very pleasant and welcoming. Good value for money.
