SingaporePoor upkeep of the premises. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom had an open ventilator and mosquitos were infesting. They don't have routine cleaning. The bed sheets and towels were very old and stained. Internet connectivity was very poor. I just vacated the place after 2 days though I had booked and paid for 3 days. They promptly collected the full payment despite my informing them that I am vacating due to poor conditions
Staff were pleasant. But they could not help much as the premises were not maintained well.

IndiaI had to change the room thrice. 1st room was very untidy(toilets) and was small. 2nd room was a bit spacious but had short circuit and took the receptionist 30mins to provide us with other rooms. 3rd room was better but in the noon the receptionist asked me to move back to second room as they had accepted another guest without even informing me. They did not even change the bedsheets, blankets and pillow cover for the next guest. They just dusted it and kept it ready for the next guests.🤢 Overall I had very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this suites to anyone especially if you tired from traveling. These situations will exhaust you more and it's so annoying 😑
There was nothing that we liked but we had no option to change the booking on the spot as we reached the suites in the night. They charged a INR 3.3K and the price was not worth for the room they provided by the receptionist.

IndiaThe property overall is well-maintained, however I noticed that the room assigned to me could do some more maintenance. There were spider webs, and the curtains in the bedroom appeared aged. Nonetheless, the rest of the experience was excellent, with friendly staff and a very satisfying breakfast.

Hotel rooms are clean and neat. Locality is quiet. It is nearer to the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Variety of Indian restaurants are closed by along with Pizza Hut, Subway, and Starbucks.
