Behaviour of front desk staff during check out

It is not 2 minutes from Golden Temple..It is about 10 min by Toto.By walking half an hour..They put up another room food bill toy account and made my check out delayed. Maximum rooms are windowless.Only superior rooms have windows.Bathroom doors are sliding , wooden and heavy are not moving easily. However it is pleasant to stay but you can get more hotels nearby Golden Temple and Jallianwala bagh.

Room linen didn't seem to be very clean. Whites (bed linen including pillow covers or even towels) were not really white. I am sure that they were washed but whites have turned off-white and therefore, didn't get the impression of being very clean.

Extremely courteous staff. Mr Subhash on the front desk was very helpful and kind with any kind of query or requests.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The hotel and the kitchen was also very clean. They had a wonderful breakfast spread, the food was tasty too. Tea and coffee was individually made to taste. So it was really good.

Didn’t like the sound of the fan in the hallway at night as very loud in the bedroom, however asked the management to switch off which they did with no issues.

Very clean and an amazing shower powerful and hot. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the Temple. There are no windows in the room but this was not a problem. Staff very friendly. Breakfast choice was limited but nice. Breakfast served at the 5th floor restaurant, however no lunch or dinner served upstairs but you can have this in the cafe on the ground floor. The food was delicious.

The room would benefit with some hooks and places to hang items. The bathroom has no window, and could do with a few more hooks,

Stayed here for 4 nights and explored Amritsar from here. The staff is great, friendly, welcoming and helpful, they were kind enough to let us in our room early after an overnight train to get there. The room is nicely decorated and very clean, the aircon and heating worked well. The bed was comfy, a little softer than many in India. And there are quite a few sockets for use, unusual! Wifi was mostly ok, we were on the 4th floor, but occasionally dropped out. Breakfast on the 5th floor was very nice, with fresh fruit, Dahl, veg curry, breads and Poha, along with juice and masala tea, omelette if requested. Plus toast and jams. The hotel arranged taxis at reasonable cost with Sardar Tours and Travel. The shower is very powerful and great. There's an ATM machine at SBI within 5 minutes walk and it is only 10 minutes walking to the Golden Temple, the Partition Museum and Jallianwala Bagh. The area outside the hotel doesn't look great but we recommend it and would definitely return here, if coming back to Amritsar.

unfortunately, due to building is in an intermediate row, the room allocated did not have windows. Was still OK because we were out most of the day. Room was comfortable for an affordable price.

The shower was not working well. When we explained, the staff took immediate action and the shower head was replaced quickly. Breakfast was decent and the staff was really nice.

Breakfast was a decent array of options in their buffet. Rooms were clean Polite staff This hotel is located within a short walking distance to the Golden Temple. It was relatively safe going/coming back from the Temple at night, with a lot of people walking about

I mistakenly thought that there was a bar, but like many places in Amritsar there was no beer.

Better ventilation for the bathrooms

Amazing location, friendly staff and decent food. It's approx 5-7 minute from darbar sahib complex. There's plenty of rickshaws that travel Infront of the hotel too so easy to get around. I would also visit dera Baba Nanak from this hotel, about an hour distance.
