Breakfast menu options are very limited and repeating. It was the same 3 options on all days (Poha, Bread, Idli) of which the Idli was not well made. Restaurant is very crowded as it allows outsiders too, which makes it hard for residents to get a table easily plus makes meals a noisy affair. It also makes the restaurant quite dirty with food spilled everywhere and delays in ordering. Room service is also not upto the mark (we couldn't get coffee/tea at 7 am) Room is fine but the bathrooms are not well designed - there is no shower curtain which makes the whole bathroom wet after taking a bath. The health faucet was a bit leaky too. Hot water takes really long to fill in the bucket.

Located close to Statue of Unity and all the tourist attractions near it. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and easy. Staff is helpful, esp. Ajit who attended to our requests and helped us with chalking out our daily schedule. The rooms are maintained well by the housekeeping team. The swimming pool is good too, but it was very cold to use since it was winter.

I was happy with everything, especially considering the price. The hotel is well-maintained, and the amenities were good. However, the staff didn't have much information about the Statue of Unity tickets or sightseeing options, which would have been helpful. Additionally, I noticed that the restaurant staff was understaffed in the morning, leading to slower service. Improving these areas would enhance the overall experience. Despite this, I found the stay comfortable and would still recommend the hotel for its affordability and cleanliness, but with room for some improvements in guest service and local guidance.

Food was not good. Our package included dinner. But the restaurant staff were treating as if we were having dinner for free. They need to offer good service to all irrespective of whether we order Ala carte or part of prepaid dinner.

It's a brand new hotel so the facilities were all new and in top condition. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower had hot water with good pressure. The room had kettle with tea/coffee supplies. We were there for only one night and it had everything one would need for a short stay. It's a short drive from SOU so if you are visiting and need a stay then I would highly recommend this place.

Rooms are clean and have basic facilities but are very small and cramped. Food is good but the restaurant is always crowded and staff overwhelmed. Reception staff is polite but inexperienced. They need more professionalism in all areas.

64 sq ft room 12 sq ft bathroom with no fridge. We paid 7500 INR each for 2 Rooms. Getting breakfast was a wrestling match….People breathing down each other’s neck to get eatables…as there was less supply….and to think Booking.com had actually promoted this Hotel….Fortune ITC on same days on physical checking the room rate was 6700/-…immediately take off this Hotel from your site.

Nothing really. May be for a first timer in the town like me, it would be handy to have some guide / brochures on things to do, but that info is also available on internet, so nothing for the hotel to do.

Amazing food, great service. Brand new restaurant, and we had Buffet breakfast. Tasty food and tea. Staff was very friendly, and complimentary pickup / dropoff facility from the train station. Highly recommend this place for a pleasurable experience. It really took care of the basic planning so that we could enjoy the Statue of Unity!
