Clean and tidy hotel, easy access to main road and nearby places. Breakfast could have been more interesting by extra choices in the continental section. Staff is really helpful and friendly, specially the security guards head guy. Overall would highly recommend this place if you are coming to Dehradun.

The reception person Rajesh was very hostile, rude, and arrogant. He was not willing to assist on anything. Plus, when logging out, he could not care, as when we came down at 4:30 a.m., he was lying on the settee and seemed he did not want to be disturbed as he was on night duty. He wanted me to sign a waiver that stated that if anything went missing from my room, they would not be responsible.

The place was clean, and the food was great. Most of the staff were very nice. I would recommend the place to stay at.

The room, which smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception team was not helpful during checkout. When I explained about how bad our night was, the supervisor at checkout did not offer any thing to offset the inconvenience. It is not value for money.

The restaurant was good. Kitchen team was friendly. They even honored our request for off the menu item.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I was unfortunately pretty disappointed with my stay. It would be nice for a property to give you a notification when they are hosting an event, and you're one of the only guests not in the party. There was shouting in the corridor all night long that kept me awake, and I was told I couldn't use the pool in the morning because of a wedding which was one of the reasons I had booked this specific hotel. I had to ask to move rooms when I arrived due to mine smelling like smoke from a room across the hall, but even the one I moved to had a musty smell and hairs on the bedding and floor. I wouldn't stay again.

The staff were nice and accommodating when I needed to change rooms. The room service was good, and had a nice massage.
