Food quality was average. Also we are not wine lovers, so they should serve other alcohol too. The checkin process took too long( including transit from car park to reception)

The property is beautiful but the cost is more than 5 star while the food is below par. In the accomodation the rooms are large but we were forced to take 2 extra beds for 2 kids aged 7 in the room as they don't have a family room option . The restaurants are not managed well especially as the day tour visitors and the residential visitors access 2 of the same restaurants. The winery tour was very drab compared to other tours in Australia and Spain.

The room AC temperature number was displayed in a big flashy LED that kept shining all night in the eyes. difficult to sleep. Also, the rooms were not soundproof. Neighbors were shouting, and partying/ banging doors which was creating disturbance in sleep. (Room # 222)

Overall, the ambiance was good. Food was good.

We stayed in the tree house. The maintenance of the room was not too good.It was dusty in places, and the mosquito net was torn in certain places, which is not at all expected in such a prime property. The room didn't have enough storage facilities.

The location and ambiance of the property are excellent. The lush green vineyard all around created a great relaxing atmosphere. We went in December. We could see grapes in the trees, but we're not yet ripe. We had a great photography session... The staff were very polite and helpful. They provided an early check-in.. Thanks to the team The wine tasting experience was great. They have a lavish breakfast spread..... the quality of food was also pretty good.

They should make available pick up & drop service for old age & small kids during their stay in the resort.

Pool seemed a bit dirty, cloudy and was not heated, was not appealing to swim or lounge around in.

The wine - which is supposed to be the central element of the Sula experience, is subpar.

The grounds are beautifully designed and maintained, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast offering was delightful.

Information given by staff and everyone is ready to help always. Property has everything you can ask for , in the everning lights make it more beautiful. Wine tasting is complimentry with your stay, enjoy the leasure activity and cycling in the property. All in all it was good experience

Service staff during Breakfast were not attentive. Management of in-house guest during Breakfast time could have been managed well.

Lively vibes, nature, vineyard and facilities were amazing. Especially we enjoyed Cycling and Pickle Ball at the property.

Taste improvisation in south Indian breakfast should be done & even parathas were tasting sad.

Spread was okay, but idli , sambar tasted below average. cheese platter in the buffet was good. Ragi cookies in the coffee/ tea counter are not to be missed.

The staff look tired, thus not welcoming and indifferent. Pillows are hard and not comfortable (for me personally), it would be nice to have a pillow menu. As we are at winery, we expected complementary wine (at least a small bottle) to enjoy it on the balcony, there was a mini bar with a lot of payable wines, though. The swimming pool needs cleaning

A very nice place to recharge your batteries, enjoy the nature, mango trees, birds churrup in the morning, bike ride, lotus and other flowers. Exceptionally amazing ambience and desing of spacious vintage room with high ceiling, bathroom with an arch-like window. White fresh towels, bathrobes and bedlinen. Nice vintage floor and furniture. Tasting tour as a compliment
