The caretaker couldn’t care less, you have to ask for unstained bedsheet and another towel for the second person Our bathroom wasn’t bad but didn’t look like in the pictures We got a breakfast prepared by the same caretaker, it was so sad

This hotel near AIIMS and it was perfect for my stay. rooms are clean and decent, comfortable, and relaxing... the staff was warm and welcoming. I loved exploring the nearby Safdarjung's Tomb and Hauz Khas Village. For food, I recommend trying the parathas at Paranthe Wali Gali in Chandni Chowk. Nearby, I enjoyed the Kebabs at Jaffrey's, a popular restaurant in Hauz Khas.

Breakfast was good and tasty!! plus it was an amazing experience in the south manor residency...it genuinely feels like home and there was so much peace in this hotel that I didn't face any problem in relaxing in my couch!! the hotel location was perfect for my hospital visit, and I also had the opportunity to explore some nearby attractions like QUTUB MINAR, HAUZ KHAS, AND LODHI GARDEN.!! Overall the experience was great!!!

I recently stayed at a THE SOUTH MANOR RESIDENCY near AIIMS HOSPITAL in New Delhi, the location is convenient, but be prepared for potential traffic jams in the area. room was clean and comfortable, with all modern basic amenities like free Wi-Fi, TV, and AC....staff was friendly and helpful and hotel didn't have an in-house restaurant, but there were plenty of good food option nearby...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel near AIIMS HOSPITAL, and I must say that the hotel is best for relaxing and enjoyable stay!! my room was spacious, clean, and decent decorated with all the modern amenities I needed. I loved the little touches, like the complimentary bottled water and fresh towels. Large, clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms and great water pressure in the showers. The hotel gym was decently equipped and there was also an on site laundry facility where you could wash and dry clothes. Laundry powder could be easily purchased from the check in desk. Location was also great, about a 2 mints walk to rajinder da dhaba which was very economical and tasty and even closer walk to the nearby train station

This is really better than I thought. Super clean with a good smell everywhere, not only in the room but in common spaces too. They have a nice outdoor space with a small common area where you can drink water, wash your clothes, and even use premium espresso coffee machines! They have provided so many great facilities, and everything is free of charge! For example, they have two huge washing machines, free laundry detergent, hot air clothes laundry, a water purifier with cold, normal, and hot water options, and like I said, premium coffee machines. Every facility and appliance is a premium brand and very well maintained, not cheap, almost broken ones! And the room is super nice, small, yes, but okay for one person. It makes me feel cozy with a great smell, a nice little refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and soap, even shower water purified. Again, every product feels premium and is all made in India , not cheap ones, I must say, even more premium than some hotels… The bed is nice and soft, super clean. With this price, I can say this is better than a hotel. This Homestay is very modern, not an old, scary, creepy one. The location is excellent very close to subway station and convenient store with so many restaurants nearby.

A very comfortable and spacious room with parking near the door. The decor was a modern and updated it was clean and the bed and shower were great. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel kitchen. We would happily stay here again.

Only thing we didn’t like was having to leave!!

It was our second stay at The South Manor, we LOVED it so much the first time, we knew we would be back….we had a wedding to attend in Delhi so jumped at the opportunity to book a 2 night stay again! It is so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing….. we LOVE it!

Very central, close to bars and restaurants. The host was very good emailing us information. The host left us a bottle if wine, water and tea/coffee. The hosts mother was very friendly and helpful.

We came across this homestay quite by chance and enjoyed our stay so much we extended it. The room was beautiful with a view of the garden. The staff were so helpful. The food excellent. We used the park and enjoyed our walk very much. The drawing room is great. We would recommend and hope that we will stay there again.

The shower drain sometimes clogs up and the water heater is a bit tricky to figure out

South Manor has a location that is unbeatable! It is in the Embassy area of delhi, in the middle centrally delhi and an easy walk to most of the main tourist attractions/ night market, bars and cafes. They have a travel desk with offers for transport transfers and scooter rentals. Breakfast is DIY continental. Loved that the lockers facility Summary Location (10/10), Ease of Check-in (10/ 10), Staff helpfulness (10/10), Room Cleanliness (10/10), Washroom Cleanliness (8/10), Security arrangements (10/10), Facilities (8/10; the shower drain sometimes clogs up and the water heater is a bit tricky to figure out), Value for money (10/10), Accuracy with online information (10/10).

The room was clean, cozy, it was warm. The bed was very large and comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful and willing to answer questions. Breakfast option, quite varied, there was cheese, sausage, eggs, lots of pastries, yoghurts, jams and fruits.

It was wonderful to be able to stay these days as a family. being close to the AIIMS Delhi has become all the more practical. Everything we needed was in the area. Shubam is an excellent host, he is very helpful, went over all the directions, making us feel comfortable and willing to come back again. The apartment is really what you find in the photos on the website. I felt at home! Would go back again for sure!

We had a "family room", but when the door between the two rooms is closed, then we could not hear each other (unless one screams). Each (of the two) room has own shower/wc. Located about 500 meters to Metro Station, and near to a shopping mall (DLF Prominade)

The employees are quite nice. There is a park close by, and the area is serene and quiet. Everything is flawless. It would be a pleasure to return. The staff's ability to converse with one another is among its most striking features. Additionally, it is spotlessly clean. I almost hesitate to share it since it feels like a secret treasure. Simply being here will make you feel completely at ease, even if you have nothing planned while you're here.

Great Homestay and super comfortable The Homestay has everything you need and more!!! I arrived precisely Late Evening hours... but I was always in contact with the host Everything was spectacular to go again and recommend it to anyone who goes with family! I didn't find anything that I didn't like!
