We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaCheckin was fine. Offered a suite with an additional payment of Rs 1,400 + Rs 1200 for the breakfast for two days than the initial booking. Bill was asked for full amount paid, they promised the e bill after the check out by mail. Received an invoice by mail only for the initial booking made not the actual amount paid to the poperty. Property is not ready to gave any receipt for the amount received upon C/In. On the checkout day, the break fast requested for 7:30am as we need to checkout by 8am to go to the airport. The arrogant gay at the reception refuses and behaved like he is giving me a favour. Finally breakfast received at 8am and our journey delayed for half an hour and stuck in the heavy traffic. Staff need some training on guest handling.
Location is nice, rooms are fine with balcony. Common kitchen space good.

Saudi ArabiaThis hotel is under a new management hence a different set of staff from our previous stay there. The bell boys are not local hence understand very little Hindi and no kannada or English. We had a non cooling aircon which was reported many times to the reception desk and they insisted we didn't know how to use its remote control, so their uncommunicable expert remote operator arrived, fiddled with some buttons and said it is now cooling while i pointed out to him that he had only increased the fan speed. I finally left the balcony door open for the night. Final thought: Not worth for the tariff charged.

AustraliaWe had a booking for 4 nights from NYE. arrived at 3am in the morning due to flight engineering problems only to find they had rebooked out our room despite me emailing them twice explaining the delays and asking them to keep our room. The night staff found us another hotel (we had to pay for the taxi) but it was disgusting. The bed looked like someone had just gotten out of it and the bedding hadn’t been washed in months. They just got more money because it was NYE and they didn’t care what happened to us. Then they told Bookings.com we had cancelled. The room was never cleaned. The garbage not emptied. The lock to our door was broken and we had to get someone to open each time we entered. They then tried to blame us for the room not being free as we hadn’t paid a deposit. it is noted in the messages with the property early on first booking that their secure payment site didn’t work but I got no reply and as it was confirmed via Bookings.com I did not worry.
Bigger than usual room. lobby and outside room areas kept clean. new building.
