Gym would deserve a refresh. Also the restaurant area feels somehow a bit messy and might be better organized. Position is quite far from the town (30-40 minutes)

The rooms are very clean, but the common spaces not so much. Lots of pigeons and a general sense of tear and wear.

Location. The road to reach the property is horrible. A couple of switches in the room were coming out of the socket. Room intercom wasn’t functioning as well & WiFi wasn’t great either.

during our stay their was marriage ceremony in the resort. for each service they were saying that please cooperate as there is wedding here, it was so bothering. Even during dinner & breakfast the hotel staff was giving priority to the wedding guests for service. it was quite humiliating, if you seriously want to serve only the wedding guests than why giving rooms to other guests or should have told during booking that due to wedding the services me be hampered. also the whole area was booked for wedding purpose only we neither get to explore the area nor got a chance to use the pool & rooftop dining. totally disappointing.

the property is well maintained, a little far as compare to other resorts in pushkar but it is worth to travel that extra mile.

The Location is remote, there are no TukTuk or Cabs around the Hotel so if you arrive without personal Car your kind of trapped there. They offering Cab-Service for 2500 Rupies (40km), which is quite high for just going to the City. The road to the Hotel is in a very bad condition and it takes quite a while to get to the Hotel for only some kilometers. We booked the most expensive Room with a private outside Pool, but the Pool was just disgusting. The water does no circulate at all and is a hotspot for Legionella. In most western Countries it is even forbidden due to health risk. Picture added in the Comment. The Wifi was mostly not working and if it did it wa so slowly that streaming or spending time in social Media didnt work. Picture of speedtest added. The Resturant is loud and not really welcoming, gives more like a Cantina-Feeling and i got a really bad Food-Poisoning (dehli-belly) on the last evening. The gave us a 10% discount on the food due to that. Ive vomited and shited my soul out. The Matress is very uncomfortble, its so extremly soft that by back hurts like crazy, ive would rather sleep on my own camping-matress. Hot Water didnt work for the whole stay neither. Just comparing that Hotel to other 5 star Hotels in India (Oberoi, Raas, Leela, Imperial…) its costs way to much for what it is. For Indian People i would rate it as a 4 Star Hotel, for Americans as a three Star and for Western- Europeans like a 2 Star Hotel.

- no heated indoor pool for which we paid extra as we wanted to enjoy the pool privately. Intact we decided to book at this property just becz of indoor private pool but we couldn't use it at all due to cold weather during our entire stay. Usually indoor pools are by default heated/temperature controlled all over the word. We informed the manager and thought that we will not be charged the extra cost we paid for roons with indoor pool. However nothing was done. Unprofessional approach from a reputed Marriot group. - there was no hot water in shower for two days out of three. On last day they resolved the issue and luckily we hadva hot water in shower on last day of our stay otherwise would have to had a cold water shower. Shameful for a 5 star property. - cockroach like insect found in bathroom on last morning. Washbasin gutter was choked and have to use washbasin intermittently. - the air-conditioner without a heating option. Hotel provided a road side Quality small tabke top noisy heater which was not sufficient to vool the 90 sqm room. - strong bad gutter smell outside our room. - the property is not upto Marriott standards and no where near 5 star level. Not worth to spend much.

Amazing property with large rooms and excellent facility spread over a large area. The team are attentive and guest relationship managers are excellent at resolving issues quickly. Had an amazing stay and looking forward to coming back for longer in the future.

The road to the property can be repaired. The breakfast menu could have more options.

Property was perfect for leisure trips with family. The hospitality provided by the staff (esp Ms Urmila, Mr. Mohit & Mr. Bimal) was phenomenal. They understand our requirements and comfort and go extra mile to give us that. The fact that most of the complementary activities were already part of our stay made us stay in the property all the more. Musical performance was so good.
