Everything was beyond expectations

Breakfast spread was awesome. They made sure we got everything we asked for. Super service, excellent food, amazing ambience Ms Lily (head @ restaurant), Sagar (who served everything we asked for), Mr. Raj & Ms Reena (family club), Ms Vishakha, Ms Bharati (yoga), Chef Apurva, Mr. Sachin & Mr. Pankaj (Archery), Mr. Vishal (swimming) all these people made our stay memorable. I stayed with my son and mother and it just made our stay so amazing and comfortable.

should have more activities for kids like table tennis and something which keeps them occupied . Also live music at night and some good BAR which we did not find in the HOTEL . SHOULD MAKE A PLAN FOR A WEEKEND STAY MEMORABLE .

Since the location is a little far from the town. Basic amenities like medicines might get tough to get.

The staff was cooperative. It’s a kid friendly place. Nice and tidy. Service was excellent. View is great. Really liked the idea of free currency for kids to get desserts from various outlets in the hotel.

Nothiing to like. Staff are not good very much lack of coordination. Information not provided properly. Very unprofessional attitude and play passing the bucks game among the departments

The property is located at a very very high elevation and this was not mentioned anywhere while booking. People with AMS history may face issues. We faced a medical emergency and the hotel wasn’t well equipped to handle it. They did try their best but they were not well equipped.

The staffs were very helpful specially Mr. Prem Dutt.

The hospitality and service was not at all upto the mark. The villa i stayed in was of around 2L per night but the service was really very bad. There was no private butler.. (other hotels provide them in a room of 50k also) no extra facilities for staying in Villa. The amenities were very basic and the behaviour of staff was very rude especially at the breakfast table. The phones of the villa very not working and your phone don’t catch network so it was very hard for us to place in room dining orders. The showers in the washroom very very slow. Also the staff at Toya (their asian restaurant) were very unwelcoming. The kids are allowed at that place but kids making slightest of noise is not tolerated by them. Also the person serving us kept on arguing with me for 10 min for kids noise. So except for the infrastructure there is nothing great about the property. The property is not at all worth the price!

The biggest disappointment was the fact the swimming pool was not heated. Had I known this I would have never booked this property and the Jacuzzi water was lukewarm at the best. Very disappointed!!!

Akasa the restaurant of the hotel need a big improvement. From service to the quality of food, both of it should be improved.

It is an amazing property with a beautiful location and a great view. Staff is also very helpful.
