Rooms and bathrooms need better maintenance. The hammock was dirty and we couldn’t use. Shower glass panels were spotty and dirty.

We love staying at Westin Sohna. Beautiful lush green grounds. Saw many birds and peacocks. Great service. Food was okay. Villa is spacious and very peaceful. Great for a weekend getaway from the city.

Housekeeping needs improvement. The cleaning inside & outside the villa including hammock, bathtub was very substandard & unhygienic. The villas need opaque curtains & partitions as it is very embarrasing to stay with family & children with transparent curtains between room & bathroom.High tea snacks variety needs improvement

The property is amazing. Facilities have a wide variety for families. Activities like Animals feeding,horse ride etc are interesting. Food was amazing. The hotel staff is cordial.

Breakfast staff tends to get overwhelmed and delay or forget basic orders that ideally shouldn’t take time. While the spread for meals is great. The food wasn’t very tasteful. The room wasn’t ready with all toiletries and towels, welcome basket etc. when we checked in. And when they did come, were just scattered across the table instead of being neatly placed. The room key gets deactivated if kept with the phone. We were not informed. Internationally and in India too many hotels have upgraded to keys that do not suffer this problem. So you have to go back all the way to the reception to get it reactiavted. Why can’t there be house phones to call for help?? One for every 5 rooms maybe, so you’re not stranded in front of your room. We had to wait 10 minutes in the dark with kids. For a luxury property claiming to be a wellness spa the pool should be a heated one and they must not use plastic bottles!! In this age of severe plastic pollution serving plastic bottles by an international chain of hotels shows clearly they have no CSR targets and environmental responsibilities.

It’s a great quick getaway. Vast, open and green. Buffers you from all the noise of the city. The staff are very attentive and prompt.

Resort is good and activities are also good but not worth the price they charge... similar activities were available in other resorts at half the price...you can visit for a day but quality of outdoor activities should be improved.

Since we went on Christmas eve, the hotel was fully booked. They did not had enough carts and instead they were running e-rickshaw inside the campus. This is highly not acceptable in a hotel/spa property with a room rate of 30000/- per night.

cart service

cart service was not up to the mark. We have to wait for 45mins to get a cart from restaurant to our rooms.
