Booked a two bedroom apartment, while both bedrooms were clean the other space (kitchen, dining) was not maintained. TVs didn’t work, with multiple follow-up one was fixed.

The location of the property is good, walkable to Ranganathan street/T Nagar. The stay can be the right one for shopping needs. Breakfast is provided, it’s decent and helpful to start the day!

The provided contract number of the property did not respond to the phone calls for any enquires after booking the room and The room could have been a bit larger.

The location of the property is great. The entire building and the rooms were clean. Walkable distance to T Nagar bus stand and accessible to most shopping places in T Nagar by walk. The place has been quiet to stay with not many motor vehicles passing by.

Toiletries were not supplied. Once after asking got some. Water bottles weren't provided regularly unless demanded. No kettle was there and no plates and other kitchen essentials were not there at all. The worst part was the placement of mirrors over washbasin which could be used only by guys 6 feet plus tall. One room tV set top box was not working. Was not rectified even after complaining. Further breakfast was provided without understanding our requirement omelet was given to strict vegetarians. Will not choose this facility in future.

Misleading Room Details & Poor Facilities The listing on Booking.com is very misleading. We booked 1 apartment and 2 separate deluxe rooms. Unfortunately, these 2 deluxe rooms were inside a 2BHK apartment, meaning the property’s workers had access to the hall and kitchen at any time. This is a serious privacy and safety concern—especially in our case, as our group included 3 females. Workers even walked in the hall without shirts, and since the main door was shared, they could enter anytime. If you say “separate rooms,” they should have their own exit into the hallway for direct access to stairs or lift—not an exit into a shared hall. Facilities were also disappointing. Toiletries, water, and breakfast were only given if we asked. Breakfast was not a buffet but a fixed packed meal with just 1 puri, 1 small uttapam, and 1 omelette for everyone—no choice or variety. For this budget, I could have easily booked a better hotel with proper buffet breakfast. I chose this one for the “apartment” thinking we’d have a big hall and kitchen, but there was no usable kitchen, and the furniture was old and poorly maintained. Booking.com should reconsider the listed room categories, prices, and “breakfast included” claims for this property.

Just as we entered, saw some senior from that place is shouting at some junior. We were made to pay to some individual account. After entering room, we saw only one towel and without any toiletries, after repeated asking they just provided one more towel but toiletries never came. AC was not functioning properly and after repeated telling, they fixed the AC. The whole setup doesnot know the wifi password, the boys working in that place repeatedly told me that only owner knows it and we are not authorised to provide you that. The room finishes before it start. It is not worth for money they are charging for.

I DONT LIKE ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE

i stayed there on 11th June checked out on 12 th June.ive booked via booking.com. i have booked 4 standard rooms for 8pax.when arrived the staff told that only 3 rooms available,so i had to book another room and they charged extra for it.It was a real bad service they offered.The said its a hotel in Booking.com but actually its Homestay.When i booked they offered breakfast as complimentary but they just gave us packed food for breakfast and without Tea/Coffee which i rejected.The service very very poor ,the place is very dirty.Staffs cant's speak english.I really regeretted for booking this place and i wonder how Booking.Com allows this kind of place to be advertised in your platform.I lost my belief in Booking.Com too.I will discontinue using Booking.Com

When I asked to clean the room, they were not willing and said they will see about it the next day...and the staff were not friendly and they don't understand English or tamil and they took a long time to check-in ,they do not even smile... And it's not a hotel there are other residents living in that apartment almost every night there was someone shouting or fighting loudly which was disturbing

Better avoid this place...they r just looking after your money....though aware of my visit, no towel in bath. When u went to ask for one at the reception, no clean towel available! They say they would give next morning at 5 am!! I had to use a pillow cover that day!!!

The Whiteglow Elite Serviced Apartment in T Nagar is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are very large and clean, making it very comfortable.
