The hotel is not clean

It’s a little rundown. Staff were not helpful with luggage.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Wi-Fi worked in room and there was a desk and chair.

You will have to ask for housekeeping, they might not clear garbage unless you ask. Did not refill coffee pouches next day as housekeeping was not done.

Hotel looks little different from pictures, but rooms are cozy, offered us choice of rooms to stay in. Service is good but you need to ask them. Rooms are clean and cozy.

The rooms had hygiene issues and aesthetic issues. There were red ants, mosquitoes in the room. For eg. doors were very hard to open, so much so that for one room it even left marks on wooden floor. locks were quite difficult to manage as well

The staff here is extremely helpful, friendly and provided with quick service each time. They really tried to make up for whatever were the infrastructural issues

The manager. He took so much time to check in. Actually he was surprised how i got the room for cheap. Instead of asking his owner he made us wait. We are travelling on a bike and we were tired and exhausted. That manager was so over smart. They charged 50rs for a 1ltr water bottle which is 20rs at market. When I said that's too much then he said it's all over hotels, as if it were our first time staying in a hotel. We are travelers from the past 2yrs we are travelling all over India. North, northeast, East, South, West and West South. No one charged 50rs for a 20rs water.

The room was clean and the spaces... The bathroom was clean with proper toiletry kits. The best part is it was pet friendly.

despite breakfast in package, no breakfast provided. refund me the breakfast amount and do not advertise false commitments. the facility does not have any restaurant. they advise to get food by zomato. Also messages should be responded immediately. there should be option for full online payment in advance through booking. come app

It is a very dirty hotel, with a thick layer of dirt everywhere. The corners are moldy and the general smell is musty. Water was kept in a portable container in the floor landing, the cleanliness of the storage container and water was suspect. The site said pet friendly and we spoke to the hotel representative who confirmed that they allow pets. The reception clerk insisted on extra payment for pet. No plates, glasses or spoons were available in the hotel food was ordered from a food delivery aggregator and consumed in the packing box. We were told the lift was not working due to rain. A hotel in decadence. Creepy place.

I paid the property The Sky Imperial Hotel Yahvi, Vadodara, India, a sum of INR 1669/- in advance for a service which they knew they could not provide, and yet they pushed me with a midnight phone call to make the payment  !!  The hotel had no electricity and it was unreachable due to  knee deep water outside the hotel.  Yet they insisted that I pay them and withheld the above information.  After advance payment, When I called them the next day to confirm the booking,  on direct questioning they confirmed the above information  !! This is completely unacceptable and dishonest !! They refused to refund the advance payment and offered me a voucher to be used within 1 month !! DISHONEST PEOPLE !! WOULD NEVER STAY AT SUCH A HOTEL !!

In the name of breakfast they served 3rd category aloo Paratha , which I guess they bought it from some road side vendor , they don't have a kitchen. They were raided by municipal corporation in the morning and all guests has to make forcefully exit as early check out , they never gave me a bill

Nice property incenter for the city. Clean big rooms. No kitchen, so one needs to order from nearby restaurants. Pet friendly, which was most important factor for choosing as we were travelling with our pet dog.

Everything especially the manager - he should be sacked immediately

We reached the hotel to know they have given our room to someone else. It was 10 at night and the smart ass of a manager who is nothing but a smug refused to acknowledge the booking done.
