India6 Reviews1 helpful vote“Serene with delicious food”Rooms need to be cleaned a little more thoroughly. There were cobwebs underneath the shelves. Rooms are not soundproof. The TV sound in the adjacent cottage is quite audible. The food service is a bit slow and restaurant staff get confused when there is a spike in orders. We would have loved a double bed instead of joined twin beds.
True to it's name the decor is inspired by Polynesian motifs right from the decorative pieces, lamps, wardrobes, beams to the humanoid figures near the restaurant. Each cottage is named after an island in Polynesia. The rooms are spacious & thoughtfully planned. The recreation center is well equipped. Plenty of open space in the property to walk about. Would have been an added bonus if there were cycles on the property. We enjoyed the walk (organized by the management) to the river in the evening. Sitanshu is a lovely host, always smiling and chatting. His caring nature made our stay pleasant. A big thank you to Dutta for his attentive and kind service. The biggest highlight of Tiki Farms is the food - absolutely delicious! Every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. A big shout out to the chef Bappadutta for guiding us through the menu of the day and cooking some absolutely delightful and stunning meals. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely love to visit again.

India4 Reviews3 helpful votes“Ok-ish if you are a big group of people who only want to stay indoors....”There is only ONE house. So if you are a smaller group, you wouldn't be able to book this. Though it works in your favor coz the swimming pool is TINY. Network. The property advertises wifi, however when we reached it wasn't working. Food. Though tasty, they don't have their own restaurant, food is outsourced. Quantity can become an issue (it did for us), and there is no easy way to procure extra servings if need be. We were an office group and were two people short for lunch, yet we ran out of food. while they tried to correct the mistake with dinner, we again had to face a shortage at breakfast. (it seems completely bonkers to me that bread / paav were sent in limited numbers. They could have sent more, and charged us extra if we consumed.) Activities. while there is a TT table, and a pool. There's nothing else to do. We had to ask about the river and though the property manager helped us plan a quick walk to the river, it wasn't something he volunteered himself. Which I think was a missed opportunity for the farm. Same for the BBQ. We had to ask for it, the info wasn't volunteered.
It's a BIG property. Very beautiful surroundings. Usually very quiet. The property has ample rooms and a good layout. Great for a big group who likes being indoors. The food was tasty. Groundskeeper and manager were non-intrusive but were easily reachable when needed. They helped us set up a BBQ grill and we had a good evening. The manager also helped to take the gang to the river.

India2 Reviews“The property is new and they can do it much better.”The bedsheets could have been cleaner. Tooth paste and brushes were not provided. Water given was RO, it could have been any mineral water. Complimentary breakfast was not provided. As of now its under construction, hopefully in future it will be better.
The cottages were good including the lawn area. Lot of mango trees around. The food was good but was very expensive and the quantity was also less.

India1 review“It’s not value for money”The distance between areas is quite long, and the staff response was slow. No one received our calls at the reception, which was inconvenient. Overall, there’s room for improvement in service.
The room and lawn areas were well-maintained and pleasant, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
