The suite which was shhown in the photos and the one I got were same in size, but very dofferent in decor, fit and finesse. The bathrooms did not have any water pressure in the showers and when i complained, they said that they cant do anything about it as the room was on the top floor. The walls were damp and the bed headrest was a simple ugly looking piece of plywood. I certainly do not expect this quality of accomodation at around 7.5K INR per night.

1. The cleanliness in the rooms esp the washrooms could be improved. 2. Long mirror was missing in the room. 3. Quality of the toiletries could be improved.
1. The staff is very kind and courteous. 2. The service was prompt and everyone was very eager to help. 3. The Travel Desk - Mr. Mishra and the driver Mr.Sukant go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and safe. 4. Their Private Beach is very nice and secluded and a must visit during the stay there.

There is no stable internet and tv connection in the resort. Basically if one plans to stay long period, then it is difficult as you are mostly disconnected from Internet world.
I liked the hospitality of the staff in the resort, special thanks to Biswo, Ajaya, Tapan, Bijaya Laxmi, Gyana & Arijit Sahoo. Swim pool, Dhaba restaurant and fishing.

Cleanliness. This is a good property with private beach and good food. The staffs are excellent and very polite. But it require upgradation. Modern luxury need and comfort has changed and aspirations has increased. It need to keep pace with that.

However you may kindly replace your broken tiles in the bathrooms and the covering of the flush tanks. Will look better. Also keep maintenance of your intercoms .As few don't work .
Toshali sands is covering a wide area and has places of entertainment, also the food is very good.

1. No dressing table/mirror in the room. 2. Replenishment of shaving kit, dental kit, tea bags only after repeated request. 3. No face towel/tissue provided in the room. 4. Room vacation timing of 08:00AM is too early. 5. Staff service was not prompt.
Private beach was the best part. Though quite far but having such a peaceful beach in Puri was a good experience. It could have been better had the property would have set up some kiosk to serve at least packaged foods and beverages there.

The location was not good, very far from Puri, although in website it's mentioned situated in Puri. Also they don't have a private beach as advertised, it's a government beach which closes by 5pm and is not at walkable distance, although the hotel will arrange transportation to and from the beach.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

property revamp is required majorly. The availability of affordable and decent transportation from the travel desk should be looked into as the autos outside are just sitting to fleece you. We went there during off-season and yet the auto fare was around Rs 800-1000 for just going to Puri which is 8-9 kms. I am not sure why such exorbitant rates when the auto guys are very much okay to just sleep and not travel. Alternatively we learnt our lesson to have a self drive car to avoid such instances which ruin your experience at such a beautiful place.

The restaurant staff were not alert and prompt as expected. Breakfast Buffet was not proportionate to the cost charged. Many of the the items got cold and there was no arrangement to replace the cold items with hot items. Shortage of "BOWLS" were observed. The toilet door handle was broken and I had to make more than6-7 telephonic requests to get the same repaired. Lastly the staff could some how put a rod in place of the handle only for the purpose of pushing & pulling the door, The original door handle could not be fixed during my stay.
The Room size was satisfactory. TV and AC were satisfactory
