We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MexicoI recently stayed at Hotel Relax Inn Jaisalmer with my husband, and our experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, everything was well taken care of. The hotel arranged a tuk-tuk to pick us up from the railway station, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is in a perfect location — close to the Golden Fort and all the major sightseeing places in the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the view of the fort from the hotel was simply amazing. We also booked a non-touristic desert safari through the hotel, and it was one of the best parts of our trip. The owner himself accompanied us, which made the experience very personal and special. On the way, we visited Kuldhara Ghost Village, where he explained the history in detail, and then we stopped at a beautiful oasis. Along the journey we saw villagers, sheep, and camels, which gave us a glimpse of authentic desert life. When we reached the desert, unfortunately, it started raining, so we missed the sunset. Of course, this was just bad luck — the hotel owner did everything possible to make us comfortable. After the rain stopped, we enjoyed a campfire, delicious food cooked by the camel driver, and slept under the open sky while stargazing ✨. It was a magical experience! The next morning, we witnessed a beautiful sunrise, followed by a tasty breakfast, and then returned to the hotel. Overall, both the hotel stay and the safari were wonderful. The hospitality, personal attention, and unique experiences made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Jaisalmer! ❤

IndiaI didn't like the hotel's policy of a 12:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out.
A fantastic stay at Hotel Relax Inn! I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Relax Inn in Jaisalmer. The rooms were very clean, and the terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Jaisalmer Fort, especially at sunset. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist me. One of the biggest highlights was the reliable power supply. Even though I stayed in a non-AC room, the hotel's inverter was a huge plus, as it kept the power on during frequent local outages. This was a massive relief and made my stay much more comfortable. I also booked their desert safari service, which was an unforgettable experience. The entire trip was well-organized and a blast. From the thrilling jeep and camel safaris to the stunning sunset views and the lively cultural program, every part was perfect. The luxurious night stay in the tent was the ideal way to end the day. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Relax Inn for its great service, clean rooms, reliable amenities, and amazing desert safari packages. It's the perfect place for a memorable trip to jaisalmer.

PolandEverything was great, nothing to complain about.
A Wonderful Stay at Relax Inn – Unforgettable Experience!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing time at Hotel Relax Inn during our visit to Jaisalmer. As guests from Poland, we felt incredibly welcomed by the warm and friendly team. The hospitality was outstanding, and we truly felt at home. Special thanks to Shahid and Aleem, who were always smiling, polite, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. The view of the Golden Fort from the hotel is simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the fort and the old city. The food was delicious, with rich local flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed. A highlight of our trip was the camel safari experience arranged by the hotel — a magical evening in the desert, riding camels, watching the sunset, and relaxing under the stars. It was unforgettable. We highly recommend Hotel Relax Inn to anyone visiting Jaisalmer. Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable stay!

SpainNothing at all.
The best rooftop view in Jaisalmer!! The staff here is extremely kind and caring. Aleem and Shahid made us like feeling at home! So heartful people!! Impossible to find a better quality/price place than this one in probably the whole India. Oh, and if you book the camel trip through this hotel you will be paying half the prize than the other places offer. Hopefully we can come and visit this place once again, recommending it 100%!!

IndiaThe only discomfort we faced was the intense heat, since it is Summer season, and we made a mistake by taking a non ac room😑.
The first thing I would like to highlight about Relax Inn is their exceptional hospitality and service. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly welcome. The manager, Aleem, personally came to pick us up and escorted us to the hotel, where we were greeted warmly with a refreshing cup of tea. The only discomfort we faced was the intense heat, but beyond that, everything was taken care of with utmost thoughtfulness. They arranged transport for us to visit all the destinations we were interested in, ensuring our journey was smooth and stress-free. Since we had limited time that day, we returned to the hotel early. Unfortunately, I started feeling unwell and needed some medicine. I contacted Shahid Bhaiya, and without a moment’s hesitation, he went out himself to get it for me. His kindness and willingness to help touched my heart deeply. Both Aleem and Shahid were not just hosts—they felt like family. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and their warmth truly made our stay unforgettable. The next day was filled with excitement and adventure. We enjoyed a thrilling jeep safari, an unforgettable camel ride, a magical sunset at the Sam sand dunes, and a fascinating visit to Kuldhara, the haunted village. Shahid Bhaiyya guided us with so much enthusiasm, sharing interesting stories and local legends that made the experience even more memorable. On our final night, we had a rooftop dinner under the stars—it was the perfect way to end our trip. And even on the day of our departure, they ensured we reached the bus station safely and comfortably. Our stay at Relax Inn was not just a vacation—it was an experience full of warmth, care, and unforgettable moments. I’m truly grateful to Aleem and Shahid Bhaiyya for their generosity and the beautiful memories they helped create.

United KingdomWe had a lovely stay with Aziz and all the team at Relax Inn. Even from the moment I booked the room Aziz was in touch seeing if there was anything he could do for us. We even got collected from the train station. Really big rooms with massive, super comfy beds and the most wonderful view of the fort from the rooftop. Unfortunately they were only doing drinks and breakfast at the cafe whilst we were there, but if we wanted they would have gone out to get us food from other cafes and brought it up to us. The team were friendly and helpful and all you had to do was to ask Aziz and he would sort anything out for you. The overnight camel safari that they organised was an absolute dream come true, where we slept in white bed linen under the stars. Just ask Aziz and he will organise it for you. And the paneer paratha is definitely the breakfast of champions!

GermanyAziz and the Hotel Relax Inn Team are kind and helpful. For example they let me relax in one of the rooms, gave me water and stored my luggage because my train came by midnight, and I was even brought to the railway station then. So they really care and it's just nice to sit with them and have a talk and a chai. The view from the top is fantastic, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Also the desert trip they organized, I first thought it to be quite expensive, but it turned out to be absolutely worth it, as other safari vendors give you way less and these are people from the desert with lots of experience and they provide very good service. The camel ride will remain as on of my favorites. Summary: great view, nice chai, clean rooms, comfortable beds, amazing desert trip, very kind people. If I come again to Jaisalmer, I will stay here.

GermanyEverything was perfect, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The owner picked me up early in the morning at the bus station and made in every second sure that I feel good. The rooms are huge, clean, hot water is perfect. There is literally nothing to complain about. The room even had a window and a lot of sunlight was entering, which I found rarely in India. But what made my stay exceptional was the staff. The owner took me to different point around the desert, invited me for chai and I had lovely conversations with him. He’s a sincere and wonderful person. The rooftop is beautiful, the food is amazing at a good price. All the other people working there were also really nice and made sure I felt like at home. Sadly this place got closed by booking.com some time ago, that’s why there are not that many reviews. The bad reviews (booking.com and google maps) are from a group of friends who got angry at the owner for telling them to make less noise so others could sleep at 11 pm. I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s wonderful.

The hotel is positioned in a silent area just 10 min walk to the Jaisalmer Fort , the rooms are clean and provided with hot water and cool fan , the WiFi is free , the staff is very helpful and can satisfy any desire like desert camel tour , surrounding and old town visits by taxi or tuk tuk with or without guide and any transfer to airport or railway station which is just 10 min away from the hotel . The little restaurant on the rooftop offers a choice of Indian and international dishes . It's really a good value for money , very relaxing and the conversations with Azouz the owner are good fun as he speaks good English .
