The AC room windows have some gaps, so there are too many mosquitoes inside. After I complained, the staff provided mosquito repellent liquid. I would suggest installing mosquito nets on the room and bathroom windows instead, as this would be better for health. The liquid repellents can be harmful to humans. Other than this, I'm very much satisfied with service and room.

Unavailable of the Lift.

I would give a 9 for this hotel. The only drawback, the hotel do not have a lift or a dumbwaiter. For those who need to carry heavy luggage and having knee pain issue, its better to avoid this hotel. My sincere thanks to Mr Arivvin for helping me in many ways, and compliments to other staff also.

Reaching front desk and rooms are not senior citizen friendly or suitable for differently able people. The front desk staff had zero welcoming sense. Looked at us as if we were unwelcome guests. Technically they accepted the booking though they claimed that Booking.com coupon had not reached them. Could not get even the complimentary coffee sachets - means room service was almost zero. The bathroom shower cock was spraying water to the walls of the bathroom and not to the person who needs it.

Room size ok. Lighting in room ok. The bath/rest room was clean. Linen ok. Approach from highway was easy. Location was calm. The complimentary driver accommodation though ok was not all that humane.

No separate parking lot available. Location bit off. It is on first floor. Need to go by steps. Elders need to keep that in mind while booking.

The room was much smaller than how it looked in the picture. The hotel is also a lot smaller than how it looks in the picture.

Breakfast was outsourced and delivered in the room. Worse, it came in a lot of packaging that added to the litter.

Bathroom slant dint allow water to. Clear off after. It was always wet.. The room is a part of community hall which was news to us. Super loud music from the event caused good. Amount if. Disturbance No coffee pohches available even after asking repeatedly. Staff are not from Service industry.one boy continuously coughed while setting up the TV. Had to categorically tell reception to get him meds and keep him away Given the above. Specially point 2 price should have been more reasonable

you have to climb a flight of stairs to the first floor to check in.. the staff at the hotel said they could bring up the luggage, if necessary.

Value for Money.. good service, everything worked well and all fixtures were new.
