Food was good, but not upto the mark.

It is one of the best resorts I have visited. They have taken care of very little things according to the Mahabaleshwar location. Highly recommended.

The property was quiet and serene with exceptionally ethereal due to the monsoon season views throughout the day. The staff were great and were as hospitable as possible, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Rooms as per the rates are average …need little renovation.

Loved the area around its greenery everywhere. The air is so fresh here. Peace and tranquillity. Our room was next to the garden and that’s the best part. Breakfast is also great and staff were really courteous.

For some reason, neither the international credit cards nor the Indian Debit Card worked, so we had to pay in cash. For overall value, the price was a little high, even for a weekday.

THE GYM WAS NOT UPTO THE MARK ,NEEDS MAINTENAINCE AND UPKEEP, YOU MAY PLEASE IMPROVE IT TO GET NICHE CUSTOMERS.

THE LOCATION OF THE RESORT IS VERY APT FOR TOURISTS VISITING THE MAHABALESHAWAR. THE SAFF AT THE RESTAURANT AND THE ROOM SERVICE STAFF WAS EXEPTIONALLY GOOD, BEATS ANY 5 STAR HOTEL. ESPECIALLY MR SANTOSH AT THE RESTAURANT IS TOO GOOD, HE MAKES YOU EAT TO THE HEART.S CONTENT. FOOD WAS GOOD, VERY SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES, POOL WAS GOOD.

As the name suggests, Tranquil is very quiet resort nestled in the greenery of Mahabaleshwar. It is just a short walk away from the Market and that provides not just a good walk but also an opportunity to enjoy the uniqueness of Mahabaleshwar. The staff is very courteous and always happy to help with a smile. The restaurant is very quick with its turnaround and the food served is fresh and well prepared. Overall, it was a highly relaxing and satisfying stay.

I appreciated the family like working relationship of the staff and management. A special thanks goes to the 3 beautifull ladies in reception. Bhaggashree, Barnal and Ketaki. Always willing to assist. Esp. Bhaggashree who went out of her way to ensue the guest is happy. To you ladies i say - "Take a bow for a job well done." Keep smiling. Then there was Bapu who was always willing to part with valuable information regarding the area and property.
