Food Options were not available... except we need to order and staff going out to bring the same. Food Options can be built inside since the place is located far from nearby local facilities. Road to the facility needs to be improved... as well as parking facility to be enhanced.

No electric kettle for hot water, and no tea or coffee making facility in the room, room floors could be cleaner, if there was a induction or small stove it would have been very convenient for people travelling with family of small kids. TV was not working. The stairs are very steep the stay may not be advisable for people with disability for walking or climbing stairs.

Good location, helpful and friendly staffs and good breakfast. Campfire was enjoyable. Common kitchen facility available for minimal cooking. Good WIFI connectivity

No wardrobe, no kettle but staff was given hot water when we asked, there are two bed but single size, need at least queen size bed in each room, no wash basin in bathroom, need to improve the mention points will be the best property in the Kodaikanal

Of course location, staff behavior specially Akhil Suja, calm n peaceful place, open terrace, comp fire, car parking weather and the white cute cat.

Hot water was an issue due to lack of power supply but it's ok as I didn't take bath that day due to chilly weather up hill. Bed was a bit small for 2 person.

The view is amazing surrounded by nature and staff is very friendly and professional. Campfire is provided which is awesome.. Food was nice and at a very reasonable price.

Road that reach this location is too steep, you should have good driving skill to reach this place. Hire a driver or use cab service.

A sink in the washroom and better water pressure would have made it exceptional.

The hospitality of Ashik and his team was very good. They catered to all needs that were asked. The location was very nice. A short hike would take you to a spot to view sunrise, which was great. Short hikes were possible nearby. If you expect a typical hotel stay this is not the place for you, It's more homely, casual and close to nature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room had some insects and flies. The way to hotel from market is but hectic. No proper road.

Variety of food was low initially, but the hosts more than make up for any deficiencies with their amazing warmth and friendliness. Ask them for any thing you require.

Amazing location and great hosts - Ashik, Basil and Akhil. Tranquiland is an amazing stop for backpackers, travellers and wanderers alike. Lovely location overlooking the hills, a short walk from amazing meadows and experiences, surrounded in the hills by clouds and if you're lucky spotting wild life is just a 2 minute walk away. 100% recommend.

We were really looking forward to a adventurous getaway in Kodaikanal but were deeply disappointed with our stay here. First of all, the path leading to the place is dangerously steep and barely accessible by car. There’s parking only for two small cars, which is ridiculous. The room was far from cozy — the bed was too small for two people, pillows gave us neck pain, and the mattress felt like a rock. Even worse, the windows were broken and the main door lock was half falling off. There’s no private bonfire either, just one shared with other guests — which ruined the vibe for us. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are bit small, but u have 2 seperate bedrooms with bathroom.

Excellent, away from city. Camp fire for free. Quick service for food, tea and coffee at reasonable rate. Being vegetarian host brought food from city veg hotel at no additional Cost.
