The mattress are on the softer side so some people may feel stiff or body pain.

Lovely location at the banks of Nerul river. Small boutique resort with good amenities. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathtub also in each room. All toiletries provided. Food is decent. At night also it looks beautiful.

Kettle was stinking. One might have to wait for a some time for breakfast. Might be because they prepare it fresh. But the food is worth it. They help with scooty rental but make sure you take a yellow plate scooty. They might insist you to take a white plate saying everyone takes the same. But no. The traffic police might catch you and question you for it. So take a yellow plate one only.

Its a great place to stay for your vacation. You get your individual chalet. Very clean and well maintained. Its amidst Nature. There are plants and trees around your chalet. There is a small sitting area outside. The swimming pool is very clean. The chalet has a bathtub, hair dryer, and basic toiletries like hand wash, soap dental kit. Although they provide kettle, in our room atleast it wasn't clean as in the last user must have prepared something in it and it wasn't washed and it was stinking. I told them to replace it but they just washed this one and gave it back. It was still stinking. The food here is delicious and reasonable. Breakfast is also good. Power cuts happen but they do have generator for it. They helped me with bike rental. Overall a good experience

The property is new and clean. Everything was taken care of very well. It is located next to a lake - quiet and serene. Beautiful location and the rooms are cute and have the little luxury that you need on a trip like this... It's just 8 mins away from Candolim beach and about the same time from all the best restaurants and pubs. Little squirrels and birds playing around.. Loved every bit of it. .. The owners are very active. Although they are not at the property, they are available on a phone call. We wanted to be in the pool at night - it was quite late but when requested they made it available. The boys working there were extremely helpful. They helped us with locations and contacts for car/ bike rentals and even places for sightseeing around. We were three girls traveling and this place helped us feel safe. We had the time of our lives...

Breakfast is good Only thing is they should keep more options for vegetarian. Only 3 things are available for Breakfast for vegetarians. I stayed for 3 nights.. having the same breakfast everyday is kinda boring . Kindly include more breakfast options for vegetarians.

Stay is very comfortable. The cottages are very comfortable and neat n tidy. Location wise it's 15 mins on two wheeler from candolim beach.

Early check-in was a little hassle as all rooms were booked, but the room was ready by 12 pm

I did not recieved the same cottage as I had booked on arrival that cottage was already given to someone else. Secondly the manager assured upgrade on second day but no one bothered to come n check if we were getting room changed or not which was quite a set back as we preferred and specifically told to give us the corner most room and we were assured at the time of booking with the cottage number which really did not happened. Not much variety of food available considering the location being quite remote. We were told they shut the pool at 10pm but to our very surprise other guests were allowed to use the pool till after midnight which actually irritated me a lot. Being from hotel industry myself in NZ working in 5 star property I was considerate but when others were allowed to use facilities and we being international travellers did not sit really good with me so to be honest it was a let down as we were there to celebrate my partners birthday and I really wanted to pamper him but unfortunately some things led to quite a disappointment.

The cottage was pretty decent and should tell exceptionally clean
