Beautiful view, incredibly attentive and friendly staff, superb food at the restaurant.

What could’ve been better? The room amenities! The almirah was, literally, coming apart at the hinges and all the wooden furniture and fixtures need better upkeep and maintenance; they look shabby.

The location, with its 360 degrees view. Though the approach road was narrow, we were prepared for it. The view of the valley from the room window was lovely. The staff members are really wonderful, pleasant and warm. They really made our stay so very nice.

Overall, the stay was perfect. Perhaps a few more choices at breakfast would've been nice.

The location was absolutely stunning! We were able to see the sunrise over the mountains from our room. Additionally, we could see the sunset from the café. The location was perfect, and the room was well-appointed and aesthetically pleasing. The service was second to none!

Wake up to the most beautiful sunrise and watch the sunset over the Queen of Hills, all from the luxury of the hotel. The location is perfect and the property gives off a very cozy vibe.

All things were good.

Very good room size with living area and separate private balcony, plus superlative views of the surrounding hills. Personal and attentive service from all staff. Restaurant carefully located to maximise the distant views. Good choice of food options for both breakfast and dinner, well prepared, presented and tasty dishes. Peaceful setting, close to Mall road, either a 20 min walk or 5 minute taxi. Clean rooms and bathroom facilities. Effective heating in rooms during cold weather. Comfortable and cosy beds and pillows.

I really had a great stay at Tree Of Life Mussoorie. People, food ,everything around here is superb. Views from the room and restaurant are amazing and the best of the mussoorie. This is the best place to stay in mussoorie

We were a group of 12 people & my pet dog. The staff (Hasim, Sunil, Biran, Deeraj & Sunder Chef) tend to all our varying needs in a great manner, whether it be requesting for a south indian breakfast or an authentic pahadi lunch platter or even marshmallows for the bonfire. They were always very forthcoming with advise on what to do or look out for in the market and ensured we had a very hospitable stay. I truly appreciated that they had made very special arrangements for my pet as well; a special bed, bowl & even treats. Not once did I feel like I needed to remind them about what he could eat or couldn't, they confirmed dietary specifications on whatsapp a few days prior to our arrival and ensured everything was ready for him and of course all of us as well.

The first room assigned to us was a nightmare. the roof started leaking, there was no cold water, only burning hot water, the TV was broken, too loud and a broken screen. The second room was better, but the water was always an issue, sometimes no hot water, sometimes just burning hot water. The breakfast spread was very disappointing, just like 4 items on the menu. We booked 2 rooms, and asked them to give us rooms adjacent, they told us the property was fully booked, but the next day, the breakfast was A-La Carte, not a buffet coz only 4 rooms were booked. They changed the room after I asked them about this. Not great customer service. The way to the hotel is not for amateur drivers, its through very steep and congested streets After being at the Tree of Life Jaipur, this was not even 20%
