Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast area is poorly managed, and there are no daily room cleaning services. It is difficult to quickly get cabs from that area.
Reasonable priced, no frill accommodation.

Rooms are cleans. Staff are very good and friendly. Location is fully residential and uber / Ola/ rapido services never comes on time. For any emergency you have to travel 1-2 kh away.

Key card not working. Breakfast was not provided though I was eligible. Wifi password not provided. Road access terrible. Parking facility inadequate and not secure.

It is a shared room from three BHL flat. Location is too inside. Will find difficult if you don;t have a car.

Advise for senior citizen never book there why because - 1. Treebo asks for adavnce payment by sending harassing whatsapp messages, recorderd calls else they cancel despite within Booking.com payment date. 2. last minute they inform to shift your hotel from there to another one 3. No resaurant in hotel or nearby places 4. Even you book food by Zomato you have to struggle with the delivery person who asks extra money for delivery 5. In breakfast excpet south Indian food nothing avialble even fruits 6. Had very bad experience staying at TREEBO 7. TV not working - despite request they did not recharge the TV subscription

**Room for Improvement**: While there's no in-house cafe, I believe adding one would enhance the overall experience. A cozy spot to grab a coffee or light meal would make Adin Residency even more attractive.
I recently stayed at Adin Residency during my business trip to Chennai, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Here's why: 1. **Polite and Accommodating Staff**: The staff at Adin Residency are incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly stood out although in the beginning langauge was a barrier, they made me comfortable in no time at all. **Convenient Location**: If you're attending an event at the Chennai Trade Center, this is the place to stay. I literally walked my way to work and back for most of my stay **Serene Atmosphere**: Adin Residency is nestled in a calm neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a peaceful retreat after a busy day. **Zen-Like Room Furnishings**: The room decor is minimalist and Zen-inspired. Ample charging points for all my gadgets was a super plus point. In summary, Adin Residency offers excellent value for budget travelers. I highly recommend it for its friendly staff, convenient location, and serene surroundings. 🌿 .

Our room could be opened by key only- card was not working. Also check in took a lot of time. Getting Ola/ Uber/ autos was impossible from the hotel
