Cleanliness of the room.

over head shower was broken, water leaked in the health faucet all the day disturbing. Very poor breakfast, quality is ok but quantity is very little.

1. All the linen (towels, pillow covers, bedsheets etc.) need replacement. The do seem to be washed regularly but either they are not washed well or they are just too old and need to be changed. They are all dull yellow and not white. 2. The bathrooms are clean. But they need a proper scrubbing as there are stains. Similar issue as the linen. 3. A more significant and difficult to tackle problem is that, every time anyone checks-in, opens a door, cupboard or does anything anywhere in the property you HEAR it. Loud and clear. Not sure how people sleep in this place. I could hear everything people in my adjacent room were saying and they where talking! The whole place may need some heavy curtains, carpets etc. to absorb sound and make the place comfortable. 4. There was nothing to stir in the tea service. Basic stuff which should not be missed. 5. A comfortable chair would have been useful. 6. No idea how the breakfast is. But I cannot image it being very interesting. I did not read any reviews before I booked this place, as I had stayed in another 'Corner Stay' property near the racecourse (which was adequate). i assumed this place too would be alright. The point is that, too many travelers have mentioned the same points that I have. The owners though acknowledge the matter do not seem to do anything about it. I feel this is more of a problem than anything else.

The sad part is although the AC was on but was unable to toggle the temperature through the remote. I was only able to turn on or turn off the AC. The parking space is okayish and isn't that big. But one can park the vehicles on the side of the road as not many vehicles travel across this road and no movement of heavy vehicles.

The location as on maps was accurate and the Wi-Fi connectivity was good and the staff was friendly. Did not get a chance to try the Breakfast, though I had opted for it. Has a parking, which is not that big and can accommodate 2 wheelers easily.

Sorry to leave poor comments but i guess it matters for those who look for reviews. Photos didn't match reality The place feels like better version of lodge, nothing more. We don't feel like spending time in the room. There were bed bugs Its not a comfort stay if that matter to you.

Near my room, there were people making noise even one O'Clock in the morning. So we couldn't sleep well. Not only the breakfast was also little bit late, in the room there was no table etc. Only one chair.

This property is not worth for the money I paid. AC is of poor quality even I kept 16 Deg not enough cooling, closet flush is broken. Receptionist guided me wrong address and I had to struggle a lot to find hotel. Over all facility needs to be upgraded, if not they need to reduce price, defnitely not value for money.
