The rooms were very clean and tidy, more than expected.but we were charged even for a bottle of water. Only on request coffe and sugar were given it should have been proved. Secondly the receipt was hurrying us to vacate the room fast very rudely, though there was ample time for vacation.

IndiaWe booked two rooms. One of the room is stinky. In bath rooms there are no tissues provided. Both commode and sink are quite closure and will cause lot of discomfort while you use them. Parking area is stinky and foul smelling. Seems some drainage is leaking there. Parking is quite congested.
Breakfast is very good and tasty. Around 5 to 6 options are there in the buffet. All were good. Staff were co-operative.

IndiaRooms were not well maintained, staff was not responsive. I have to ask for 5-6 times for each request. Electric kettle was not working. Staff never fulfilled my request to fill toiletries in the bathroom. I asked for extra blanket and Towel, they sent it after 3 hours that too after I asked for it 3-4 times. Bathroom was smelly, breakfast was in adequate. I was informed by Treebo customer support that Breakfast menu will have Eggs and bread options as well but that was not available. First thing I was asked when I reached hotel was that I have to pay remaining amount, no proper greeting straight away to money. Never expected Treebo have such Hotels in their list. Pathetic experience.

Room given was not cleaned, asked to move to another room where locks dis not work, then to 3rd room, where bedsheets were not clean and water was dripping from AC all over the floor lastly got 4th room which was clean but towela provided were all torn and not clean at all. IndiaAs above. Nothing. Booked 2 nights and vacated immediately after one night. Informed booking.com and they haven’t done a thing. Complained to see if they were At least courteous to reply whether any chance of refund for the night we haven’t stayed because of unhygienic conditions. They haven’t said anything except to say a message by BOT- that it forwarded to non existing customer service of Treebo and themselves . Pathetic . Never going to use booking .com again
Nothing much. Not worth to called t 2 or 3 star. Corridors and rooms were reeking with cigarette smoke smell. Rooms bed sheets are old and toilets and bathrooms are very old style and not clean.
