We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Arab EmiratesRoom is very small. Too congested for two people. Bathroom shower gel is not working. Washroom not tidy... shower space is wierd. Poor lighting. AC sometimes doesn't work.
Room is definitely cozy and thought of all small amenities.

IndiaRunning hot water would save us an hour
We just needed it for a night stop so everything is ok except there was no running hot water which actually delayed our start time by 45min. After complaining they provided luke warm water and asked us to use kettle if needed more hot water which was disappointing. Luckily we had our own vehicle to start with so no major impacts for us. We couldnt stay for breakfast as our strat time is very early
