Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

hot water geizer not working, though provided hot water in bucket and receptionist kind enough to give alternate room. wifi is not stable on and off all the time no restaurant

If they put toilet papers in toilets would've been nice.
Had to do an early check-in, which was made possible from their end. Which was at 2am or so. The room was spacious and well lit. The bed was clean, nd so was the bathroom. The food was also good. There was hall nd kitchen followed by the bedroom in, which was pretty good.

No provision to make your own coffee/tea in room. Have to wait till 8 am to have the morning coffee served even if you get up at 6. Breakfast served in room is limited, you get only what you are served. Expect only a tablespoon of chutney for your dosa. And no fruits. The narrow street is horrible, you have to make way for water lorries that pass within an inch of you.
Room was spacious and the staff were courteous. Just a 5-6 minute walk from the Metro station.

Direction to the location. Breakfast menu options Wifi network
Location was super difficult to find.. Google Maps couldn't direct us to the right location there. Plus, there were no sign boards from the main road that could have helped me get to this place. Wifi - had poor wifi on Wed night when it completely went off and i missed connecting to my work network. Appreciate if the management can take up this.

Toiletries were provided only after I asked for them
The staff was helpful and professional. The hotel is in a crowdy place however I had access to a lot of cafes, general stores and other important stores. The toilets were a little unclean.. however it was cleaned the next day during my stay.

Even though balcony was mentioned in the booking but it wasn’t there. I had to park my car on the street as the property doesn’t have any parking area available.

Not about the property but I was so frustrated with their customer engagement. For each and everything, they notify you via email, booking.com chat, WhatsApp and SMS.

I didn't like the mattress, which gave me a backache. Room was not too clean on first day, but was cleaned better next day onwards after I complained. Shower knob wasn't working, so I had to use the tap, knob wasn't fixed even after I complained. I also didn't like the strong smell of the air freshener they used, asked them to not use it. Also, even though in photos it seems like a service apartment, with parallel kitchen platforms, it isn't usable. There is no stove or kettle. No toilet paper provided in bathroom. Many of the lights in both hall and bedroom were blinking, but since there were many lights, I kept the blinking lights off. But these are the things the hotel should take care of and fix, reflects poorly.
Staff were very cordial and pleasant. Decent internet speed, around 30 mbps. Rooms were spacious. AC and water heater worked well too. Breakfast was good as well, though they send what's planned for the day, you don't have any choice in what you get. They gave a free litre of bottled mineral water everyday, which was great.
