- Menu could have been altered with some North delicacies - Menu items were quite limited - No coffee available in the morning

There was an AC issue & after a lot of back-and-forth communication, I had to switch the rooms 2 times. The food was below average. The bathroom in the first room was not clean

Hotel staff didn't clean the room the second day. Breakfast was included but they served late post 8.30am, which is pretty late. Until then not even tea/coffee

The hotel was a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed.and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

House keeping is worst. I left to work at 7 am, passed the keys at the reception. I returned to hotel at 11 pm night, to my shock, the room was not cleaned, toilet was not cleaned, water bottles were not changed, horrible. When asked, they start cleaning the room at 11 in the night took another 20 to 30 minutes for me to wait. Breakfast worst. Air-conditioning is also not working, when asked they gave me a fan. Just because I already booked through booking.com and have to pay full money, I have not choice otherwise I would have left the hotel next day. In this matter I blame booking. Com too for mis guiding me. O won't book hereafter with booking.com.

One of the older staff members tried to extort me by asking for cash and claiming I had broken a policy (I looked it up and I didn’t) he got quite aggressive and I had to sneak out of the hotel to get away, made me feel unsafe. There was also a cockroach in the room and it looked nothing like the pictures it needed lots of maintenance doing.

No coffe tea sachets in the room. had to ask for it and they gave minimal for two days. The shower gel bottle in the bathroom was empty. the TV channels were not working until they subscribed after I asked (appreciate that they swiftly subscribed when I asked)

I booked ac room but when I checked in the ac was not working i asked them to change my room but they provided me a table fan and i payed total amount and I recommend everyone to book directly in this apps there are so much of fraud a small room costs 2600 but i changed my room next day for premium which costs around 2300 so keep it in mind while ur booking

Rules were there about pple not coming was the only issue

Everything was good . Ravi the manager was helpful It was clean very spacious and also just over all good. Location is easy to find and also the ola Uber or zomato to come.
