The television in the room, didn't had a subscription nor it was a smart TV. Also the mini refrigerator wasn't functional. Also I would recommend giving soft pillows to the guests, the pillows were highly elevated. Also I have paid partial amount for 3 guests but the room had only 2 beds, I expected the property to keep the beds ready before in hand.

I felt the ambiance was good and toilets and rooms were much cleaner when I entered and felt the check in process was hassle free.

TV did not work for both rooms. Even after two days they could not rectify it. Room could not e locked when I go out as the battery of the lock was over. Two days they never corrected it.

Since it is situated near pubs n clubs, theres loud music all through the night and you cant get sleep properly because of it.

The site mentioned that I am entitled, due to the amount I paid, to a free airport ride. The hotel kept ignoring my messages and I haven't got it!

Now the Bad parts unfortunately - Rooms : These are really small, and that's true for even the bigger room which is priced more I think. (my opinion based on similar hotels I have stayed in and at that price ranges). Same applies for washrooms , you would keep bumping into items while in shower or standing near the faucet. - The Hand soap and ones in shower are the same, so probably get your own from downstairs shops if planning on staying a bit long. Don't think folks book these hotels for toiletries anyways - Linens/towels worn out : I have noticed this with Treebo earlier as well - and that's an issue. Its never ok to keep using basic linens & other items way past a certain point when they should be replaced already. Only solace on that is that they were clean at least , just extremely worn out - Wifi : although works for most basic items, dont expect it to be consistent. Keep a hotspot handy if you have to work , as hotel wifi is unreliable unfortunately. In a day average it would reset / kick you out/stop working suddenly at least 5-6 times if not more. - Location might be good, but the hotel itself is difficult to spot unless you really look (especially at night), and count on it that you will never find it if you just try to drive by that street without knowing the location on map/tracker or similar. - Although the staff is helpful , and fix/replace if something is wrong. But its never ok to walk into a room "you are checking into" and find a dirty floor mat which is almost all black. (especially in the current world state of affairs) (Considering this hotel is priced on the higher side within Treebo itself, definitely not what I expected)

Definitely few positives which is in favor of the hotel. - Breakfast is on the rooftop open area which is quite relaxing to just sit and enjoy the meal in quiet, nothing fancy but is a simple but effective use of the terrace. Some of the support staff I think double up as the cooks :) - and are surprisingly good. - All of the staff is really helpful and courteous, & front desk always available when needed as well. - Decent cleanliness overall , which is saying something considering they were under renovations I think while I stayed. - Location is very accessible and close to most areas easily , with plenty of food/necessities within walking distance
