IndiaNot much trouble. Light buttons in the room are confusing. There is very small button to door lock from inside. Might be helpful if they mention it to every guest. Staff in general very helpful if u ask.
Clean room and very helpful staff. Hot water available. Weather was very nice and cool as well. U get ola uber cabs easily. Also bus stop is 100 metres.soon metro will also start and station 1km

GermanyTerrible service from start to finish. In stayed 4 days from 16Aug to 20Aug2025. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was consistently pathetic, and simple requests (like fresh towels or room cleaning) were either ignored or took hours. Management didn’t seem to care about guest experience. Worst thing is no power and internet. Definitely not what I expected from a hotel at this price. Like me there were more guests arguing with staff and is ignored by staff. Overall its pathetic service and never recommend.

Complimentaroy breakfast was not up to the mark ( with you need to compare with other hotel standards.. Worst part your billing : I clearly informed billing should be in my company name ( Mail was given ) with GST reference, even with all communication invoice raised in my personal name, I travel through company and its company accommodation, how will I claim my bill if correction is not done.
