Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

All the rooms should have ceiling fan and ACs should work properly. Though it was satisfactory but should be better.
Breakfast was so good in quality and the dinner was excellent. Value for money

There is no lift and it is difficult to go to third floor for a senior citizen on stairs.

Breakfast is definitely a sore point. Though the staff is courteous the breakfast arrangement leaves a lot to be desired. The room quality though good has deteriorated since my last visit - broken bathroom door, no ceiling fan in the room, no intercom.
I like the location and clean rooms that this property offers. I have stayed here multiple times in the past. The restaurant also serves multiple options and is a good thing about the place

The room has a long glass window and the blinds don't work properly. In a cold, winter night, it can be extremely difficult to stay in this cold room. Also he hear pigeons - a massive number of them and they start making a noise from 4 am, making it almost impossible to sleep

The hotel did not allow couple entry and in hotel description it was not mentioned that couple entry is not allowed. I came to know only while I went fr check in. I requested to waive off the booking charge but I have not yet received any return amount.

Lack of signboards identifying it as treebo hortel. Difficult for outsiders to identify. Even the local auto drivers were at a loss.

Cigarette buts smell across hotel. Dirty linen & pathetic service. Oily breakfast with no choice. Instead of booking this hotel, better book Railway Dormitory.

The whole place is run by shady people. They refuse to give receipt for payment of room. No where in the world a customer has to squabble and argue to obtain something as basic a right to get a bill in exchange for the money paid. They were not prepared for us, though we checked in 5 hrs late. The options selected like a extra large double bed was not provided. The staff didnot care about services. Horrible stay. It also reflects on the reputation of booking.com as they are supposed to check with the hotels for basic amenities and transparent legal monetary dealings.

First of all, we booked via call (which was recommended on our last visit). However, they denied check-in because they couldn’t find the booking. We had to do an online reservation on the spot which cost extra due to the urgency. The rates on booking.com were misleading because they don’t account for taxes, the actual booking amount far exceeded the price shown. Lunch was delivered 1.5 hrs after order and made us late for the subsequent medical appointment. It was delivered after several calls and personally enquiring at the reception. Breakfast was not included for our booking, but we were charged 250% higher than the regular breakfast rate (which was displayed on the Hotel’s confirmation mail). The room had a large pigeon’s nest right outside and was smelly/noisy. Basic amenities were missing in the room and the drapes didn’t close due to broken hooks. We booked a deluxe suite and based on the conditions of the room, it was quite overvalued. This is our third time staying at the hotel and it has gotten much worse since our last visit. Overall disappointing experience and will not be visiting again.
The food was great but towards the costlier side. Check-in was flexible and the staff incorporated a special request to keep important medicines in the fridge. Other than the receptionist, all the other staff were cordial and welcoming.
