I don't had any bad experience all good with me.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is centrally located and provides easy access to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were well-maintained and exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable experience. The breakfast was decent, though the menu was limited. A special thanks to Ivan Lobo and the staff for their excellent service. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed this hotel in Goa, very well located in the center or Calangute. It was clean and the room was really large. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was available and happy to support. Breakfast was basic, but didnt impact us

Breakfast was like good on few days and ok ok on few. we stayed for 4 days so overall breakfast was OK but it was not bad afterall.

Room was spacious, however on the 2nd day bed bugs created an issue. nevertheless the team was quick to react to replace the mattress and all and ensure proper cleaning was done. kudos for that. Bathroom was clean and neat.

Breakfast...made by only a maid comes in morning..so cant get all items at once n very limited choice..also therr is no Tea,Cofee on Order..you havs to go outiside

Beautiful place to stay . Had a 2 night stay in Jan 2024 in this Property . Some of the best things which I loved is the spacious rooms , cleaniness , spacious Bathroom , location , Paintings by the owner displayed in the corridor--This is an absolute masterpiece , Service levels by Raymond , Mabrul & the entire team was awesome . Breakfast is average as there is not much in variety . Some of areas of improvement 1) No FNB for guest wanting to have food within the hotel , there are lot many restaurents but lot of time gets wasted while having food outside as you have to go & comeback each time you feel hungry 2) Secondly The drain point in the bathroom is not sufficient because of which water gets accumulated & after the shower it's like a mini Pool as the bathroom has only 1 drain point. Ideally it should have atleast 2 Or 3 so that water gets out quickly. The only way is to keep the shower little slower My Special compliment to Raymond for his exceptional service levels 👏 👏💥😃🙏. Wishing the hotel a better way forward & great year ahead .

The hotel makes lot of money since it has many rooms (3 floors) but could not afford to buy a tong to handle bread, nor get a decent toaster since one has to wait forever for the toast to become brown. But above all the worst thing was there was no hygiene whatsoever by the breakfast staff since they handled bread with their bare hands, they were openly consuming food in the kitchen, the breakfast was tasteless, there was not always enough food on the breakfast buffet table, the staff were very slow in preparing the requested coffee and customers were getting very angry because of all these issues. Anything coming out from the kitchen was a good recipe for getting sick. The kitchen looked dark and dungy.

The room was clean, the hotel was away from the main road so hardly any noise during night time, there was no loud music from any other places around the hotel, Raymond the manager was always helpful, the hotel was close to Calangute beach, Mc Donald, Pizza Hut and other restaurants. Overall a good hotel but slightly overpriced.

I like the most location of hotel which is near to queen of beaches.. The cleanliness, punctual routine... Easy to reach to beaches without wasting the money behind unnecessarily cabs

1. Treebo did not provide the services as mentioned like the room that was provided was not cleaned and felt like it was closed for a while, door mat was wet, table in the balcony was not cleaned 2. In our service even dental kit was provided at the time of booking but it was not available so we have to ask for it 3. One of the staff dont know his name was not polite from his tone 4. Breakfast provided was not up to the mark....here major improvement is required..it should be improved...we are not saying k provide a lot of options but whatever you provide a person should feel happy after eating it 5. Also the table and chairs provided in the balcony need to be changed as the colour of the furniture is faded and looks very old

Rooms were good as we received an upgrade because the initial room provided was not proper and was not cleaned properly. The help desk Manager - Mr. Raymond was good and polite and very helpful; he upgrade the room immediately upon checking that the provided room was not upto the mark. He also helped us to arrange for cab for drop till Goa Dabolim Airport...Overall the experience was good and things should need improvement
