YES ONLY ONE THING YOU HAVE TO CONSTRUCT THAT 1.5 KM UNCONSTRUCTED ROAD.

the location was cut off from the other places so one has to rely on the hotel for everything.

Access road is bit difficult and more than usual flies in the property.

The room is quite spacious. Balconies are very nice. Location is superb, amazing views of Mukteshwar from this property. Staff is amazing. They go to extra mile to serve the guests.

Location is quite interior and away from hustle bustle of the main road. Own conveyance required. Staff Mr Hemant Mehra is exceptionally polite and at your service round the clock, just a call away during the stay. Food is good, homely taste.View from the room is just amazing, it's a mountain view. If you are visiting MUKTESHWAR, must try and Owner Mr Sanjay Bisht is also quite humble..

The road to the villa needs to be built as it is bumpy ride to the villa

The rooms were neat and clean and the staff was courteous meeting our every demand. The only downside was the road to the property but I would still love to stay there again. Highly recommended for the mountain views and the apple, apricot and kafal trees around the property which add to the beauty of the place.

Room rent was overcharged according to location. hotel was very much down below the main road, also the way do not have proper road to the hotel. No proper place to park the car.

The hotel is not easily accessible, did not faced any issue but it's a rough patch of almost 1km.

The stay is very nice and comfortable. Food is good and they are very welcoming.

The path to the villa was bumby and it was not paved Nevertheless it should not be a deal breaker.

Excellent location,serene surroundings,excellent service by staff specially mr.hemant sharma and satish. Food was great too felt like home cooked food in a hotel,room had heaters geysers,overall everything was perfect. Also Perfect for if u are a group of more than 10 people..property has 6wooden rooms so it will be like u would be owning the cottage for a day or two..and all the staff would be there to serve u only if u are a large group. Room prices are low according to what they are offering.
