Cleanliness - stained sheets, insects on the floor. Used water bottle in the room on arrival. No hot water. For this money i would have liked a bit better quality

After several complaint with customer and hotel reception person still they are not improve there service, 1. Every time we are asking for clean bed sheet and bed cover they are providing only used cover without wash 2. In last stay they didn't provide the bathroom amenities like bucket, after calling several times they didn't provide me only went to reception table and took the bucket 3. We didn't get any complimentary breakfast in last stay, before what ever we are getting tiffin that same menu like only idli and Dosa 4 . Parking location is looking like garbage store area very dirty and it's not at all look like images given in website.

I didn't get immediate reply for the email , as came by bus from Pune and probabilities of reaching earlier was more. Can arrangement be better with Call services , as even email replies were not immediately.Room was available but wasn't kept vl an in advance ,can you please improve on those lines as well.

The bathroom fittings - the toilet seat cover was loose Not very clean The front office people were sleeping late in the morning and the lighting in the corridor floor is not sufficient

- Cleanliness was below average. Bathroom, fittings, Wash basin were very filthy and looked as if have not cleaned since ages! - Tap water flow at wash basin was very small and not enough at all to wash the mouth comfortably. - Bathroom door mat was very very dirty. - Breakfast options were limited. No breakfast option was available for a fasting person, not even 2-3 bananas! - Breakfast timings were limited from 8.30 to 9.30 only. - Too many phone calls and what's app messages to chase for advance payment though the booking terms say 'pay at property and property will handle payments'. - Reception staff was able to speak only "Kannada"! - The window curtain was insufficient to restrict the early morning outdoor light to avoid early getting up without good sleep. - The window sealing was absolutely improper in stopping the outside road noise all the day and night.

Drinking water not available unless asked, that too a small bottle for an entire day. No choice in breakfast. Language problem with counter staff who know nothing other than Kannada. Room cleaning happens once in 2 to 3 days.

Although it was informed earlier by email by hotel , that the minimum payment is needed to CONFIRM the booking ; when we could not visit for personal reasons , customer services kept insisting there is a minimum payment needed which will be decducted from card . ( we had informed that how come it is possible when the booking itself islef is not confirmed )

The hotel was in the Prime location, easily accessible from Metro . Very decent , neat and clean property to have a comfortable stay

Slight mosquito problems in the rooms , dental kit not provided evenn on request , had to pay for toothpaste
