Location and the service. Great hospitality. Staff is well trained and professional. Since we were 2 female friends, they ensured on comfortableness, secured place. Helped in booking cabs and guiding local places.Mr Arun, executive manager was very helpful and ensured on taking care of all our needs. Wonderful place to stay. I would love to use the place for my visits.

Sometimes talking by guests in hall at night. No signboard of hotel outside, difficult for taxi/Uber to find.

The breakfast was adequate for me- omelette and buttered toast- with juice The entire facility was very clean, amenities were very good, bathroom clean & well designed. The A/C (Daikin) was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. Treebo is very conveniently located, nearby SIMS hospital, only 15 min. ride by Uber.

There isn’t a hotel sign board, so, initially difficult to locate. Only breakfast is served buffet style. There’s no restaurant. There’s common living room spaces outside the rooms, so occasionally noisy when people gather there.

The property is in a residential area and exceptionally quiet for a large city. The rooms are spacious, clean, the AC working well. The staff were very gracious and accommodating.

It’s very clean and helpful staff especially the in charge anand. He goes over and above his regular duties to help. He helped me by communicating with locals in Tamil over the phone as I didn’t understand Tamil. Also I had to do a day trip to visit a place 80 kms from Chennai, Anand has checked with the locals and arranged a good taxi for a reasonable price.

The only drawback is that the location is located in an alley, making it difficult to find this location for people who come to this city for the first time. Especially taxi drivers can't find it because there are so many similar small alleys here. But after visiting once, I think the location is okay. It should only take 10 minutes to walk to the MRT station, not far. It is recommended to stay during the day so that you can clearly find its location.

No signage yet so difficult to find initially. Once you knew where it was it was great.

The hotel was marvellous. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were enormous shared spaces and the staff were super helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The receptionist was not helpful or welcoming, seemed like he resented having us there or to even do work, didn’t answer questions correctly, and was as courteous as expected. Very cold behaviour. Maybe someone else can do that job and another can be assigned ..

The check in took quite a bit of time.

It took us some time to get checked in. The bedsheets were not clean but the staff were prompt to change it when mentioned.

The towels- i didnt like the quality of towels provided, can improve the hygiene level of towels

Rooms were clean and morning breakfast provided was the highlight. It was a comfortable stay for us as it is centrally located and close to amenities, I highly recommend this place for female solo travellers..
