The management and staff are good. Nature's view is excellent, and the positive vibes this was my 3 time visit to same hotel just because of good management and view 😀 also good food 👌🏼 you should book for your further vacation a good option with family freinds.

They charged us for an extra water bottle. Instead they could inform us we need to refill our water bottle from R.O.

May be the road approach is bit on narrow side, especially for those like me who drive and go. But location was good and through maps it was accurate to reach.

Neat and clean property. the initial room given to us had some issues, but the staff was nice enough to change the room despite having good rush due to travel season. Also, there were many reviews saying about breakfast quality etc, I personally found breakfaat was good all throughout my 3 days stay and even dinner. All the supporting staff were very good and polite. Also, there was power back up during on and off power cuts.

Parking management was an issue. I had to park my car at a place right next to the garbage bin. It had a very bad stench. The property common areas including the restaurant were very small. The alleys were so small, only 1 person could cross it at one time.

Hot water not came in the Morning Hours . Only very Luke warm water came . No hot water in Tap. The Breakfast , some items are over within 9.30 AM , example - Boiled eggs are not available . The access from Fun-city junction main road to the property is quite far. By walk its 20 mins , and necessary to have a vehicle.

Bathroom was too compact. Could’ve been but more spacious. And the sheets were bit soily, had to get it changed.

breakfast is so important in the hotel stay. If the the breakfast is good then that day is beautiful have only one compliant about the breakfast .This type of breakfast is not the standard .There is no nice restaurant ,eating the breakfast like Refuges' saw people fights for omelette. Refilling take too much time. breakfast time is 8 to 10 mean up to 10 o'clock food should be there.(after 9.15 no food on the counter) My suggestion make a nice restaurant in the hotel( not on the roof). Siting chair and table should be slandered ( not school bunch and desk). even if food is not tasty, food should be refill on time

Breakfast could be better . It fell short of our expectations as per our past experience from Treebo hotel in Thanjavur. Hygiene must be maintained in serving breakfast. Plastic Plates for breakfast were too old to be used.

The room was nice and spacious for our family of 5 . The facilities were good.

Approach roads need to be tarred.

The property is clean and the staff is well trained. Food is great and the restaurant might not accommodate all guests at a time, especially in the morning. Having enough parking space for guests though the approach is narrow and not tarred from the main road. It has pleasing views of tea estates just opposite the property and great view of the morning sun rise. Overall experience is a good and safer place for family accommodation.

Complimentary Breakfast was not that much good. But the dinner we ordered on before day was excellent I think becoz of complimentary breakfast they were not that much serious on breakfast food

Last day couldn't get the hot water(hotel management was saying there is voltage isssue), except that everything is good

This hotel is located far from the city center and the room are neat and hotel is well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights here and had the delicious food from the hotel restaurant.
