Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I checkout by 8:30 am and spent the day outside. When I reached another destination at night 9 pm I realised that I had left something behind and I wanted to call the reception. 1. Treebo Hotline made me go through several menus and finally a human spoke to me. She said that I should go and download a WhatsApp tutorial!! I told her that it’s urgent and I dont have time to go through a tutorial. 2. I called the Desk no. Nobody picked up even after several calls. 3. Although I got the issue resolved ( I found the others elsewhere), Treebo has not called me back based on missed calls or WhatsApp based messages. I felt helpless and this is not good considering customer service.

Everything from Check-in to Checkout, the lady at front Desk excellent service she welcome us like her personal touch we felt at home, n also the staff.I like Everything in the hotel
It was quite,staff excellent 👌 👏 👍 and the service 👌 👏, overall staff are friendly and helpful at any given time. I will sure come n stay back in the same hotel for my business trip. I just want to let for the breakfast just upgraded, last time Treebo Paulinn hotel in Bangalore, they breakfast was awesome and the staff too was excellent, It was to far to travel from that corner to Thanisandra, that's why I have chosen this time Treebo hotels. I will always stay with the Treebo hotels in India.

We checked in at 3.30 am only and had to vacate the room by 8 am as we had to attend a function till 1 pm at the nearby college. Our request for a late check out was not entertained, even by an hour, due to the Hotel's unfair check-out policy...... Charging Rs. 1800 for a 3-star room for just 3 hours occupancy is really unreasonable. There should be separate tariff for short stays or late check out should be granted as per the guests' requirement / convenience.
Room, Staff dealings and their helping attitude. They offered to keep our luggage safely as we had to vacate the room much earlier than our return flight, due to the Hotel's unfair check-out policy.....

There is No market around and fetching a taxi or auto is quite a difficult issue. Only Reliance Retails is there at a distance of 600-700 Meter and one has to walk and cross the heavy traffic passing thru underpass.

There are many, * no parking, need to park in front of the property(plenty of space available for many cars). But, every day they vahicle will be covered with full of dusts.. * some worst policy I heard here.. They give only 1l (2 x 500ml) bottle per day.. It doesn't matter 2 or 3 people staying in a room. While checking, they denied to give additional water bottles saying as property policy (I never heard any such room based 1l per day).. They asked to fill it from common purifier/can from ground floor.. This I hate it. * very less food items and the taste is very average. We didn't get juice first day, they said it was over and no more refilling...! * there was a problem in extending the stay.. We asked on first day itself about our one more day extention, the receptionist said it can be done easily and not to worry. But got a call saying I need to vacate as the next guest will be arriving soon.. After an argument it was extended without room change for us..
The location is awesome. Room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast wasn’t ready at the said time.
The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful, though sometimes it felt they were a bit rude(probably because of over working or may be they were having a bad day). Otherwise everything was good.

There were no direction sign on the main road, and no board displaying the name of the hotel at the entrance, so it was difficult to locate the place. Keeping a common washing machine may be a good option. Bedrooms need a night lamp.
Only gobi paratha was made for breakfast, suggest to include some varieties in the breakfast. Overall cleanliness was good. Also, please provide basic cutlery in the room, like spoon, fork etc.

Over the last 4-5 visit I have noticed a decline in the service and amenities provided. In bathroom there is only handwash no body wash available In the breakfast part only local dishes are served not even bread /jam/omelet.
