A little promptness in delivering food.

Room was very good. Food was also good although it took a little long to serve. Location is very near Metro station but the surroundings outside the hotel are not very good.

The veg only policy is a little racist. India is a multi-cultural nation where such narrow minded imposition of vegetarianism is appalling. You may not cook fish, chicken or mutton, but once you are promising complimentary breakfast, at least boiled eggs should be available.

The room was very noisy - both the street noise and noise from the corridor/reception were quite disturbing. I'm not sure if it could be avoided in India, but definitely I had rooms with much higher comfort regarding noise/silence. I didn't need TV so much, but I tried to switch it on once and I failed. I had no idea how to make it on. Bed is hard and it's good, but the shape of matress was uncomfortable. I feel like sleeping on a potato bed. Bed cover was rather not so clean - also with some blood spots. Towels haven't been white for maybe 10 years or more - they were rather grey and far away from being clean. My biggest issue was a bathroom - much below what I have seen on the pictures published on the booking site. OK, it was not so bad, rather clean, maybe if I haven't seen pictures I could be even happy. But when you get a promise of something looking really nicely but you get something much worse, you may feel disappointed. Also there was no desk, only a small table, while on the pictures on reservation site something much bigger was "promised". Since I had a laptop and wanted to work a little bit, it was a bit uncomfortable for me. The list of disadvantages may seem long, but I must stress, that this hotel is rather a good one. I'm rather satisfied than dissatisfied, but there is a space for improvements!

Very nice breakfast. Maybe not so big one, maybe without a huge selection of dishes (because delivered to your room, so the only choice was when submitting a request), but it was really tasty and delivered fast. Very good wifi, completely without any issues. Very nice contactless payment and check-in. Perfect staff. I have even received a room after my check-out time (late evening flight), to change my dress and use a bathroom. Thank you very much, it was a very nice offer!

Small room....tea was served in a thermocol cup that was very disappointing. Under the bed it was all dirty .. the overall stay was ok ok.
