The Road to the Hotel is very bad, Breakfast was complimentary but very bad.

Negative Aspects: Bedsheet and towels were not clean; noticed ants in the bedsheet. Had to use personal bedsheet and towels. Bathroom was average, nothing special. Road leading to the location is in poor condition. The road condition also detracts from the overall experience. There may be better options available nearby for both solo travelers and families. Not recommended for families due to cleanliness issues and lack of amenities.

Positive Aspects: The room was satisfactory for a solo traveler. Convenient location near Infosys Trivandrum. Suitable for solo travelers looking for a budget-friendly option.

The approach road or the lack of it. There is hardly any road thanks to the digging that os taking place for some pipe laying.

Helpful staff, clean and neat rooms with a simple breakfast. Please do not expect a buffet for the breakfast.

The road to the property was all mud and water and clay that the car tyres were getting stuck in the mud multiple times. The room was all flies and mosquitoes and moths flying around. The bathroom was not clean, the AC was barely providing any cooling and the TV was a namesake one. This was advertised as a 3 star hotel on your website and I wonder on what basis you do these classifications. Makes me think if I should trust what you put on your website

The staff was really nice. The bed was really good. Everything else was pretty disappointing

First of all, the google map was wrong.. secondly, the mobile number given was not working.. when we tried treebo, some useless automated message kept playing.. we struggled a lot to find the place.. there was no board to locate it.. we asked many people and none of them knew.. We were hopeless and started return till we luckily saw a girl staying nearby. She showed us a building and said that it could be the Ushodaya suites.. and it was.. others might not be that lucky. Room was good.. but, the water provided tasted horrible.. we had to buy mineral water.. and complementary breakfast, although was good, they seemed to ration the quantity provided.. it was inconvenient having to ask everytime if we need more.

Good room, staff were okay.. cleaning staff was on leave, which created a slight inconvenience.. but, the other staff managed to help us..

1) The access road is a huge mess - a muddy road that’s worse than a footpath. 2) No lift - very tough to climb two / flights of steps - wouldn’t advice elderly or locomotively challenged 3) No options for breakfast- whatever cook has one menu - that one item only is available for breakfast

The TV dint work. The fan worked only in max speed. But AC dint have any issues.

The room and bathroom were really clean. 2 persons can stay comfortably.

The location was extremely poor and there are no direct numbers to reach the hotel staff/reception. The property did not have a board and none of the locals had heard about the hotel even though they were literally 250 meters away. There was a well right in the middle of the extremely broken road and it is extremely difficult to pass by for large vehicles (like Innova)

Find the property was difficult because of road work and no any board infront of the building. Reception staff behaving like why you came here. We didnt get near by and we got 2 rooms in 2 floor. Tv was not working in 1 room. No room service and we have to go top floor for break fast. Not that much value for the money.

Firstly, it's a lodge with a caretaker. Breakfast comes from a different place in plastic covers. The caretaker needs to be around to serve the breakfast. Rooms are ok, but bathrooms are very cramped. Poor design. The bed and linen were very old to get a comfort sleep. Management can give good service by adding more people

The rooms stink, the toilets are dirty, the sheets are not clean. The towels are dirty. No lift in the building. The location is very far with no approachable roads. There is no power backup, On an event of electricity failure you have to sit in the dark. TREEBO should specify some basic hygiene standards and requirements. TREEBO should also periodically do physical checks of all properties to understand the ground realities. Just getting the bookings done and following up for payment is what TREEBO does.

Not regarding the property, but the road to the property is pretty bad. When it rains, it abit hard to walk or to drive.
